They have nice furniture but I purchased outdoor furniture for over $13,000. It took over 3 months to get what I thought was my custom order. My salesperson called me to say my furniture was in. Then, when it was delivered, the delivery guys told me the cushions were temporary and pointed out they were used and faded. It wasn't until I called to inquire as to why Greenhouse Mall had delivered used furniture to me while telling me my custom order had come in, that someone else in the office told me my cushions were from the demo furniture from the Austin store and they were used in their outdoor showroom which were exposed to rain, sun, etc. They tried to pass off used furniture for new. They then promised to order new cushions for me. Every time I go by there to check I am told I have to talk to my salesperson who is always out at school when I arrive. It is now the end of February, and it is 6 months since I ordered my furniture and we still have used furniture for $13,000. My salesperson told me before Christmas that he was ordering new cushions but I have not heard back from them since. Not even a call to thank me for my business or to update me on my order. I do not think I will ever get what I paid for. I normally order my patio furniture online and have always been happy. This time, I thought I would locally order in San Antonio. That turned out to be an expensive mistake. I would not buy from them again. There are plenty of reputable companies out there. Skip shopping at the Greenhouse Mall and visit a company you can trust.

Overpriced. And absolutely no customer service. Spent $600 which is not a big sale for these folks and I guess it didnt warrant help getting our furniture to our vehicle. My husband carried it out while their store people watched. Eventually someone helped and took a chair out to the car. We had to rearrange some things to make room. The salesman said, "Well, youve got some rearranging to do" and walked off. Hopefully, the chairs will last but we will not be back. There are plenty of other merchants that would at least feighn appreciation.

Everything is way overpriced. Customer service was awful. They didnt seem interested in helping us at all. We spent over $600 and they were hesitant in helping us load the furniture. When they did help, only one employee picked up one chair and took it to the car, set it on the ground and walked off. Beautiful furniture but would have rather gone somewhere else to spend our money and time. Maybe hiring some people to help carry and load furniture would be helpful. They were just lucky my dad was there to help mom and I load up.

I bought really expensive lawn furniture and they really pushed the warranty. Three years later they have no idea "what warranty" Im talking about. There is better quality and more affordable furniture at other San Antonio businesses. Shop around first!!
