People were great at the store. However BEWARE. I say again BEWARE. If you choose to get furniture form Hemispheres make sure they actually ask you if you want the warranty on the furniture. My wife and I had to get a bunch of furniture from Star and Hemispeheres as we were trying to decorate our new house and we had no furniture. At Star furniture when we bought everything they sat us down and explained the warranty. I even remember from 7 months ago when we bought our stuff from Star that if we dont use the warranty we can put that cost to other furniture. We were excited. However, at Hemispeheres we did not get the same experience. So now our dog tore a hole in the couch cushion and we are stuck with the bill. We have warranty on everything else, besides the most utilized furniture in the house. Doesnt make sense. Joel, the manager there didnt really help out and said sorry and that was about it. I told them they need to redo their policy and have the customer sign on the credit card machine that they understand the warranty and are knowingly not accepting the warranty and to keep it electronically. Most likely wont go back there even though they have a really good selection. Such a shame. Customer service not the greatest.

I have been receiving their mailers for some time now & since we needed new livingroom furniture we put them on our list of stops.They have beautiful furniture for your entire home including the outside patio/deck area. They also have decor to complete looks for your home. We were assisted by Sylvia & she was helpful without being pushy or hovering. Even though we paid more for our sectional than we we were budgeting for you really cant beat the price for the quality. We will be returning for future purchases for our home.

In a city over-run with generic furniture stores offering mid-range products, Hemispheres is a welcome change. Its a large warehouse-style atmosphere with small sectioned areas. Everything is nicely laid out and spacious. Plenty of room to walk around and relax. They offer furniture and home decor for every room in the home. Great selection of most items. Qualify appears to be above average to excellent. Prices seem reasonable.
