Probably the worst service I have ever received. I do not live in Texas but I found the exact car I was looking for posted by Robert from MGM Auto on autotrader. I gave him a call and asked him a few basic questions about the car and we was anything but informative. I asked him if there was a way I could put a deposit on it and he said he didnt know the current status of the car but would call me the next day about it. I gave him almost to the end of business day and didnt hear anything from him so I called him again and he said it was still available. I asked him if I could put a deposit down on it again and he said I could and took my credit card number and asked when I would be able to fly out and pick it up. I told him I would be able to the next upcoming weekend. The next few days I spent getting finances in order and ordering plane tickets. The last thing I needed for the loan was a paper from him faxed to me so I called Robert again and asked for it. He agreed and said he would do it pretty soon. I waited all day for it and never received anything. The next morning I called him again and he he said "I have some bad news for you." He then proceeded to tell me that they never actually had the car and the guy that did already sold it and tried to justify it by saying that he never charged my credit card for the deposit. He also said he would try and find out more details and then call me back but I doubt I will ever hear from him again and I am out the plane tickets that I had already bought.

A friend of mine asked me to come look at a car that he had placed a deposit on at MGM Auto. It was a black 2006 Highlander, with only about 30k miles. It was advertised as "Super Nice", and he even told my friend over the phone that the car had no dents or dings. However, it took me two minutes upon 1st inspection to see that the vehicle was a hail damage car that had been partially repaired. The hood and various side panels had been fixed/repainted, but the roof had about 40 quarter sized dents in it. I first addressed the hood, and was told that it was untouched, and it took me pointing out the missing vin sticker and all of the other evidence of poor paint work and reassembly of the items mounted under the hood for him to admit to that. But then he claimed that nothing else was touched. About 20 minutes later I found a hair in the paint in the A pillar on the driver side, and a paint run where the rear left quarter panel met up with the top of the rear bumper. I found even more problems after that, but each time he would confess that I was correct in my assessment, and try to come up with some other excuse or sales pitch for how great of a vehicle it was. It was really the most amateurish used car salesman performance Ive encountered. However, he is young, so he has plenty of years to hone his abilities and learn better ways to lie, cheat, and steal other peoples hard earned money.

After searching and searching for a car for my sons Christmas present, I finally ran across MGM Autos and decided to check them out. I told Mr. Mgerian what I was looking for and he suggested that I stop by to view the cars he had available in my price range. The negative comments below surprised me. Mr. Mgerian, a young business man, came across caring about his customer’s needs. Even though some of his cars are sold “As Is” he was willing to please me as a customer (Great Customer Service). There were things that I wanted fixed on the car I purchased and he had no problem addressing my issues. I am also very observant and I notice how he took care of others customers that were either in the shop or on the phone. If you are considering purchasing a car, please stop by MGM Autos first and make your own personal decision. I know I will be going back for future purchases and referring all my friends. Happy Parent /Real Customer P.S. The reason for 4 stars is because I feel everyone has room for improvement and growth.

i cant believe they are still in business. they promise a lot..take advantage of people and the owner actually made me to sign some contract so he can bring the car i possibly want to buy from the other state and kept my deposit. i never bought the car but the the owner kept my money. i call it stealing... i didnt get anything in return. how he writes up the legal contract where i havent seen the car...i dont know what hes bringing over here from another state.. i have to see before i finance almost $40,000. right?! so be careful with that company... they are shady.. when i told him that im not interested in the car because that wasnt what i expected he told me he doesnt care and that hes keeping the money.. he told me that i signed some papers that he will keep the money. the farthest i went i reported that company to auto trader where i found it. im pretty sure he still sold that car i didnt buy..but i paid for the delivery...DONT GO THERE OR DONT SIGN ANYTHING HE OFFERS. OTHERWISE HE MIGHT PUT SOME SCAM ON YOU.

I bought a car from MGM Auto for my 16 year old daughter who absolutely loves it. I was in San Antonio on business and had been looking for several weeks for a Honda Accord. I ended up at MGM, with the intention of looking at another car, when I saw the Honda Accord. It is a nice car both inside and out, in fact, the interior is excellent and looks like a new car even though its a 2000. My father was with me when I purchased the car, and he can be very challenging when buying anything. Mr. Mgerian was very patient and did an excellent job of making my father feel comfortable. In fact, my dad required a lot of convincing but again Mr. Mgerian was very professional and continuously showed us he knew his business and his product. My husband drove the car from San Antonio back to Atlanta and had no problems. We are enjoying the car and look forward to working with MGM to purchase a car for my son in the next few months. I highly recommend MGM Auto if you are looking for a nice, dependable used car.

I just bought a BMW 550 i all black head turner at MGM AUTO / BMW dealer in SAN ANTONIO mgm has more BMWS than bmw center best selection of cars I have ever seen its like car show on top of that price was cheaper by over 3700 $ then I found elsewhere . It was the easiest and most fulfilling experience Ive ever had with a car dealer. And I have purchased 31 cars in my lifetime. In fact, my last 8 cars were brand new Audis. But I decided to try out a BMW, and boy was I not disappointed. The negotiations were easy. After I explained what my budget was, and what type of car and features I wanted, they offered several options. No pressure at all WOW , after that. I am very pleased with the car I picked. So much better than Audi! Thank you mr. mgerian . Ill be back in a year or so for my next car. =) no wonder USAA speaks highly about mgm auto thank you,. you guys are awesome
