This place is a scam ...they try to find ways of taking money from you ..I just put 1200 down on a car and I paid the first payment a week in advance, as I return to pay the second payment they said they dont remember me and that I did not pay anything down nor did I pay the first month ...and the sales man (Carlos) right away denied taking my money even though I personally handed him 284$ for the first payment ..he started to get real defensive and telling me that he sells 40 cars a week and does not need my money and that hes doing great ...well hes selling 40 cars a week makes you question how many people he is scamming a week ...and on another note most of the cars are junk and seem to be falling apart..I had so much problems from the start with the car I bought from them ...over all I am warning anyone who comes here or is looking for a honest dealership Thunderbird motors is a horrible place .What kind of a salesman does not remember one of his customers,that is just ridiculous. Places like this give other small car lots a bad name . My advice to everyone is be aware of in whom you are putting your trust into. I will never be recommending this dealer to anyone else. This experience has nothing short terrible.

DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP!!! they take advantage of ignorance and first time buyers!!!! Especially Carlos or as they call him "young Carlos". They almost got away with stealing almost $500.00 from us. Claiming they "never took a first payment" and claiming that we owed the $200 for a deferred down payment. They knew we had to pay the finance company yet took money from us before we knew it wasnt supposed to go to them. We paid the down payment in full and paid the first payment to them. We thought we were getting a good deal, they are unorganized, their cars are very poor quality. Ive had 2 blowouts with the tires they had on the vehicle we Bought and the wiring on the vehicle is poor and shorting out left and right. My AC also stopped working in my vehicle just 2 months bringing it home. My kids and I are suffering once again when we bought this car specifically for them to be comfortable in the God damned texas heat. If I could give 0 stars I would. Never dealt with such immature salesmen. I worked in A dealership before. Carlos prides himself on selling 40 cars a day yet all the same cars are there from when I bought one in march. If I could go back and stay away I would!!

Our experience at Thunderbird Motors was horrible ,I referred my daughter over and she bought a car, so we were supposed to get a finders fee of 100 dls. but instead got a big run around,and an argument with the sales man about that referral fee.Iwas accused of calling them idiots which of course not true but his word against mine so no finders fee for us. then as of now we still have not gotten a contract its been three months and the contract is still at the bank ha they argue with you yell at you lie to you so on and so forth the cars are not good but of course its a used car dealer. the bbb has them rated with a c grade .You never get a straight answer they pass the phone over to all the sales people there and you have to repeat your story over and over not good never ever refer no one there.

Dont go here! I was late 1 month going to make a payment this Friday. Kept telling them at least once or twice a week I will make a payment when I can. and they still picked up my car Saturday! Other than that I got a car with bald tires got a blow out the day after I got it. Bad bad bad experience!! Dont do it!!

My brother just got a car from there days later didnt wanna start called the man to get it checked went in took hours n it was supposedly fixed but same day was stranded...N now stranded on the freeway with kids this car lot is not recommendable to anyone I suggest u go elsewhere. ...

The people there are rude & they easily find ways to take your money. They dont want to work with you & try to take your car even when you have insurance. Then they make you pay for the repo.

Never had any issues. Our car is a beauty. Runs well and never had any major issues. Small issues but normal ehen buying used. Never had a problem with the staff. Great customer service.
