The owner Sold a vehicle to a minor (my son), therefore the contract is null and void. After taking the car to my car shop, sludge was found on the engine due to improper maintenance. Contacted the owner within 3 days after the sale to return the vehicle and get a full refund (according to Texas Law, you have 3 days after the sale to return a vehicle). The owner also failed to provide the "notification of cancellation letter". My son provided his own notification of cancellation letter within the allowed time-frame to do so and looking forward to the owners response. I am trying to resolve this dispute in amicable terms, if the owner still refuses to accept the cancellation, legal proceedings will come next, with the potential of having the Attorney General closing this business.

Stay away had 9000 to buy truck ,but they said the title would be mailed to me ..... Like Im that dumb these Mexicans should be deported or have there ass kicked for trying to take good texans money
