Buying a car from Auto Blvd was by far the worst experience I have had with purchasing a car! Of course the dealing and negotiation was pleasant (because I have good credit) so sealing the deal was easy. What happened AFTER was a nightmare! They say all cars have a 90 day warranty or 3k miles! But thats where they drop the ball. I purchased a 2008 BMW 550i and since I left the dealership the car had problems. We all know BMWs are pricy to maintain. But this car has been leaking oil and has a lot of warning lights! Traction control has not come off. Ive taken the car back to them 4 TIMES and the issues have not been taken care of. They promised me they would fix the issues but the last time I took the car all they could tell me was that "weve already spend too much money on it." So much for warranty. The first 2 times I took the car all they did was reset the computer so the warning lights would come off. But guess what, they came back on. THAT doesnt end there, I asked got speak with the manager and all HE could tell me was to talk to Mike. Just flat out ignored me. THAT right there was when I knew nothing was going to get solved. The sad part about this is that Im stuck with a car that Im going to have to spend money on. Next time Ill just take my good credit and buy from a well known dealership. I honestly dont know how they have such great 4.5 star rating. But to be honest I do not recommend buying from this dealership. I have a nice looking BMW... But looks good but performs bad. Broken promises will soon catch up. And to add icing on the cake. I took my brother to look at trucks and they couldnt even get back to him on a deal. He went down the highway on i35 and got himself a newer truck with less down! That just shows how bad customer service was. Buy somewhere else!

Our experience (my son and I) at AUTOBLVD outstanding. We had been shopping for his first car, with no luck. Heading home on the evening of 30 December 2016 and saw their AWSOME display of truck up on racks playing music. It was cold outside, late and dark! We pulled in and like magic 2006 Lexus IS 350, clean as new! Benito Mendoza came outside (unlike most who just looked through the window). Mr. Mendoza was quick to tells about the car, the history of the family owed business and their quality assurance. We went inside, filled out the paper work and Mr. Carlos Gonzalez, their finance manager did his magic. Even as late as it was he was able to get me approve with a well known bank in very little time. We return on the 31st and lock in the deal. The car is super clean as stated before, and with nothing wrong. I would recommend AUTOBLVD to everyone! They sell quality pre owned cars. Not just used stuff from the auction. Quality inventory. Go see Mr. Benito he will take care of you!

I purchased a car here a few months ago and prior to purchase all communication was good. Now here it is over 2 months after and still not all promises have been kept. I am getting the constant run around with no answers. I have called, text and even driven back to the dealer to get this final piece of the puzzle done with and still no results. Its not a matter of cost its a matter of being honest and the salesmen here are far from. Well its been 13 days since my last review for this dealership. I was hoping within this time frame that things would have been different and I could actually upgrade my review however, it will not be so. I have still not received the final piece of this transaction. Going on 3 months is a bit extreme. It has now gotten to the point that I seem like I am getting tossed between 2 parties and neither are interested in actually making their customers happy as long as the sale is made.

I originally spoke with diagonal Garcia I spoke with him early in week picked out a vehicle he guaranteed he would save it for me he did the math and set up my deposit and payment so I came to dealer earlier 2 days earlier than expected with money in hand he had sold be vehicle so he said he had another one for me he said it would be in the next day but never called me back and when I spoke with him he was very rude to me and my wife. So my wife and I went to the i35 lot and the Durango was there but he denied it and again was very rude to us. Horrible sales guy very rude you know I am a disabled vet retired military and work a very physical demanding jod which I work very hard for my money and for diagonal Garcia to treat me so poorly is just not write

I bought a nice car here for my wife and Chris was very helpful. Ive postponed buying a car for her because I hate used car salesmen but this wasnt like that. I wasnt under any pressure. At one point I had a concern about this car when I was test driving it and Chris said if it is what I thought it was then he would fix it before selling it. Fortunately it didnt need anything done to it but it meant a lot that Chris was more concerned about our safety than just making a quick buck. I plan on making my Jeep a back up vehicle pretty soon and when Im ready for another vehicle Ill return here for sure. This place is the "gold standard" of customer service. Thank you Chris for your help.

I had been looking for a certain truck, price, and mileage. Benito and the finance guy did a great job. I was a first time car buyer, they educated me well on buying and I was signing papers within 4 hours. I got a newer truck, lower price, lower miles, and my interest rate was very low as a first time buyer. Id recommend them if your in the market in San Antonio for a vehicle.

Bought my first car here a couple of weeks ago. They give you the run around on everything. The guy in the office that does paperwork will tell you if anything is wrong with car within 30 days they will fix it, LIE..Im already $1000 out of pocket in repairs and I havent even had the car for a month. I recommend staying far away from this place.

Very great experience. I walked in 10 minutes before closing looking for a truck. Martin asked me what i wanted to pay, then showed me what i could afford. He stayed late to make sure i took my vehicle home that same day. No runaround, No Bs. No other dealership wanted to work with me(credit issues). Im very satisfied with my beautiful truck!
