You hear about shady used car salesmen this place is the One mama warned you about. My son went in there and George gave him the olde razzle dazzle. He somehow cond my boy into handing him his debit card and sucked $1000 off of him without a contract and without my son even getting insurance on the vehicle. So my son comes to Me and tells Me the story and says he didnt know what to do but he didnt authorize the $1000 transaction and was worried the guy was trying to cheat him. As luck would have it there is One person that understands forceful negotiating better than a used car salesman and Thats a bail bondsman and my son is fortunate enough to have a father that is the latter. I walked into the dealership with him and listend while he tried to recover his money and watched this predatory snake squirm in every direction acting like it was to late and the deal was done and then just When I thought Id hear it all he even tried to squeeze another $300 out of him so I injected myself in the conversation and this midway carney was not at All Happy to be dealing with a full grown man and wouldnt even look Me in the Eye. I told him to simply back off the charge to my boys card and the deal was canceled. He claimed he couldnt and that the manager was the only One that couldnt do it and has conveintly left town for the day and that he would have to talk to him When he got in. It was difficult to not touch the guy at this point. So i googled then and found the main Office in Kileen and called them. I ask who is your manager in San Antonio she says George is the manager this made Me smile because George said the manager was out of town. I told her to have George back off the charge or I would litigate it with them in court. So she says go back to dealership and they would refund card immidiatley so we go back and I let my son go in and waited in the car. He returns in about 10 minutes and says dad they are trying to charge Me for putting a tire on the truck. So I get out and go in and at the seme time Call their home Office agian and tel the same lady whats going on and she apologized and called them and finally they backed off the charge. I would never send anyone to do business with this company beware of George dirtiest used car salesman Ive ever met and Ive met plenty.

I bought a 2004 Honda Pilot from here with 180000 miles. I was sceptical due to the mileage but after reading reviews and speaking with the salesman George. I was assured that with good maintenance these trucks typically go past 300,000 miles. My payments are very reasonable and the service I have continuously received by all members of this establishment exceeds expectations. The day I bought the truck I took it to my mechanic and he stated there were a few minor things that needed to be fixed but all in all he was surprised at how great the vehicles condition is! I spoke to George that day and he assured me it would be fixed and to bring the truck in. I spoke with the mechanic and he agreed the thing my mechanic stated were accurate and literally spent all day fixing my truck! There were thing outside the warranty that needed to be fixed such as rotors and alternator. In which the alternator they replaced at no expense to me and they broke down my payment for the rotors to fit my finances. Truly the best car buying experience Ive ever encountered with a dealership. There was no blame, they took accountability and resolved the issue with no hassle. I recommend this to be your first stop. Oh and they financed me although my credit was poor, I have another car loan on my credit with JD Byrider (The Company from HELL). They took a chance on me when absolute noone would!

I purchased a Rav4 from this auto dealership.. no problem in them selling me the little suv..but 3wks into having it I was already having transmission problems.. I called and spoke to Emelda the financial management and let her knw what was going on at first she had a little attitude.. her response was..well we dont knw if thats what it is..I was told by two machanics that it was the transmission.. I took it in to the and was told that they would let her knw it was there..a whole week went by and she wasnt even aware that my vehicle was sitting there to the back of her parking lot..REALLY.. so after that I was told that the gentleman who works on the transmission was going on vacation for a week.. Ok I couldnt do anything about that..Finally 2,wks later I called and was told that my suv would be ready by that Friday which was the 1of July.. I called by then and was then told that he needed another week cuz it is a 4by4 shouldnt he have known that from the beginning.. anyways now it was supposed to be ready today July 7 for pick up..called her this morning was told that she would get back to me in 15mins..its been 5hrs and nothing.. so I say what kind of management runs a place like that never answers always a different answer and excuses.. I made one pymnt and my pymnt is almost due again and no Rav4..WHATS GOING ON..

Bought a car from these guys initially the car was pretty good what can I expect from a used car the first guy that sold me the car was pretty nice but seemed shifty as hell sold me the car told me everything was good with it wasnt but the manager got me back over here and fixed everything so this place is as good as any other just be careful with the car you buy and make sure it looked at before u leave the lot

Worst car dealership ever thank God I got my money back, toldnus the car would be ready for pickup today and it wasnt ready and then they told us we needed more time and a bunch of different stuff so never going back there again and I would highly advise no one else go there
