Horrible experiences the last few times we visited. The staff has limited knowledge about the products they carry and twice we asked for an advertised items that they did not have and could not confirm if they planned to carry it, even though they have the display! They have no tips or suggestions or new product knowledge. They focus on push sales. The staff does not acknowledge customers when they come into the store, do not offer any assistance while youre shopping, does not try to help a customer get what they need. Very disappointed in their complete lack of customer service.
