I love the company but between the Rockwall store and now most recently the Mesquite store I have had nothing but trouble. I ordered 2 Valentine gifts. One I had to pick up because, although the school is in the city limits it had a different zip code so they would not deliver. I went to pick it up and had to wait for 45 minutes. While I was there, the woman kept asking other people if they were there for pick up. She would then disappear and return with one order but not mine. After the first 20 minutes I asked her if she could please find mine before she helped anyone else. She said they were looking for it. Another worker told me that a man before me had waited an hour. So, that is to make me feel better? 45 minutes later I got my order. My second order was to be delivered by 3:00 to a school. My daughter in law left school at 5:00 no Edible Arrangement had been delivered nor had she been callled. I am done!

I ordered an arrangement online to send to the staff at the nursing home caring for my in-laws. I was a little worried after ordering and seeing the reviews but I was very pleased. Very friendly and helpful when I called to make a change and delivered first thing this morning. I am very happy with the service I received and will use their services again!! Thank you Edible Arrangements of Mesquite! This Missouri customer really appreciates you.

Rude staff when I called about my order the lady who answered gave me an attitude, was no help at all and my order arrived late first and last time I ever order form this place. This place is expensive to be receiving horrible service. I would give no starts if I could I am very unsatisfied. Dont buy from edible arrangements.

Ive been ordering Edible Arrangements for years and this is by far the worst experience. The order took over an hour to make after i was told it wouldnt take that long, the fruit doesnt smell or look fresh, and their customer service is non-existent. I rather travel the extra 20 min for a different location.

Ordered a arrangement set to deliver Feb 15 when I called at 9 am it was waiting to go out. Called all day no answer and no delivery. Finally at 3:00 talked to the manager and the arrangement hasnt even left the store and wasnt even made yet! NEVER ORDER FROM THIS STORE IT IS A JOKE!

It sucks ass .My wife Valentines day suck cause they didnt delivered on time and my wife only works less than 10 min away also was on hold for more than 20 min twice. I wont buy nothing from this store ever again

cant believe how fast they turned me down on picking up some flowers do to not having any deliveries for today, the lady that answered the phone was very blunt and seemed a little rude!!!!

WORST EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS EVER!!!! Worker had no clue what I ordered. Had nothing on display for sale. Very poor service...Never going there again. I would have rated 0/5 stars.
