Horrible. I had my wedding the end of September and both my husband and I had family coming in from out of state and out of country. We had an opportunity to spend time with them before we left for our honeymoon that following Sunday and we thought breakfast was a great idea. They wanted to go to IHOP bit we convinced them that Cracker Barrel was delicious and had great service. I called the night before to attempt to make reservations, which they dont accept and I asked what should I do if I have a family of 30 wanting breakfast at their establishment at 9am. The hostess on the phone rudely replied, um show up. I let that goes seeing as we have always had great service there. We arrive at 845am that morning to be able to get a table for our family of 30. They said they could not and would not seat until everyone arrived in case my party number changed, but that they had tables that they were clearing for us. So at 915am I told the hostess sure enough only 15 of our family members would be coming. All but 3 were missing could we please be seated (also mentioned we had an aunt with multiple sclerosis who needed to be seated). The manager came up and said we could not be seated until the whole party arrived. They pulled up a chair for our aunt in the middle of the walk way where everyone was passing through. Around 930 I see that they are saving the table less they had "saved" for us. When the last 2 of our tables were being sat I seemed out the manager to speak with him. He very rudely told me we dont save seats and if everyone wasnt there they would not seat us. I explained to him that we had been there for about an hour, we just got married 2 days before, and had convinced our family to eat there. He again repeated what do you want me to do I cant save seats. We left and we were not able to have breakfast with our family due to wasting an hour which many family members only had due to air plane tickets. As we left the hostess told us, "Thats weird we do save seats, Im so sorry I had those taking less saved for you guys Im not sure what happened."

Service was horrible, we ordered 3 steaks, 1 eggs white OMELET with turkey 1 OMELET with chicken... My husband had to walk into the kitchen to find out waitress just to get our drinks that we waited for over 30mins to get. It was a very complicated order of five waters, 3 orange juices and 2 apple juice. After waiting for our drinks we then began to wait for our food to come out. We thought it was taking so long because we ordered 3 steaks and two omelets but that wasnt the case. Our waitress was just talking away and said she was waiting on a SOP or POS something of that nature...The 3 steaks and one bacon OMELET came out about 15mins later. I sent the omlet back because I order 1turkey and 1 chicken omlet. The manger walked by and ask was everything find I explained to her that we ordered omlets and they hadnt came out yet she said she was going to check on it for me. By this the rest of my family where done eating and just waiting on me. Then another waitress come to the table and ask what we ordered I told 1 turkey and 1 chicken OMELET. I said if you dont make OMELETS thats fine I can just get turkey and eggs she assured me that she had someone working on it and everything was fine... when the manger brought my food it was a thin layer of egg white folded over one chopped up sausage patty. That was not an omelet. We have eaten at crackle barrel every Sunday for the past 2 months And have never had this kind of service. You would think the amount of time the manger came to the table that she would have said they me take those omelets off your ticket because I can clearly see that those are not omelets just eggs and turkey. But she didnt she smiled and showed us to the check counter.. that was the worst $126.00 meal ever! Oh 131.00 because I didnt leave a tip. Thanks for helping create family memories!

I have visited several Cracker Barrel locations, but was particularly disappointed by this location. We arrived around 7pm on a Saturday and it wasnt too crowded at all. However, the hostess seemed like we were an inconvenience. Our waiter was overly enthusiastic though so guess that balances everything out. We ordered an Oldtimer Breakfast, Fried Shrimp with Dumplings Kids Meal, and Buttermilk Oven Fried Chicken Breast with steamed broccoli and seasonal vegetables. Our meal took quite some time and when it did arrive we had to wait another 5 minutes for biscuits and the ketchup we requested from the food runner. The Oldtimer was the best out of all the meals even though we had to wait for the biscuits. The fried shrimp wasnt terrible, but the dumplings were completely tasteless and under seasoned. I was pretty shocked by the oven fried chicken. It was dry and lacked flavor, tasting very similar to generic Shake and Bake. The seasoned broccoli was probably the best aspect of my meal especially since the seasonal vegetables were only steamed broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower which we most likely from one of those steamer bags. The lady at the cash register had the same personality as the hostess so overall the first and last staff impressions werent the best. I really only recommend coming here for the biscuits and breakfast items. Oh, and looking at all the items in the shop!

Ordered dinner to pick up, ofcourse I get home and the order has small mistakes l, which I call up the store an the manager on duty (a short haired woman) kindly offers to replace the mistakes made, I appreciate this, but now I have to waste my time and gas to correct their mistake, she offers no compensation besides corrected items. Then I return to my now cold meal at home, cut into the hamburger steak ordered medium cooked, and guess what, pink pink pink meat. So I call the store ask for manager again, wait..wait..wait..and wait. Then the phone just goes dead and no sound. So this 1 star is given because of the lack of compensation I recieved for having to use my time and the ignored phone call, ordered food at 7:40pm im reheating my food now and its 9:20 so hopefully ill eat soon. If the manager was a bit more willing to compensate for internal mistakes this would of been a 5 star rating.

How hard is it to get "extra crispy" bacon? I keep coming back here because the pancakes are fantastic, but for Petes sake get my order right! Went there the other night, with my wife and two boys. We all ordered the same thing with slight variations, and every one of the orders had a problem: bacon was floppy and disgusting, sausage came out on the wrong plate, one order of eggs was completely missing, and my wifes eggs were not cooked properly. The waitress asked if the bacon was crispy enough, and when I showed her how floppy it was, she seemed to give up. The manager ended up returning with the "fixed" orders, but even then they werent completely correct. I had to ask 3 times for napkins and drink refills took way too long. Cracker Barrel, you really need to train your staff better, or youre going to lose a very loyal customer.
