Maybe I caught the guy behind the counter on a bad day. I will extend them the benefit of the doubt, but I will not support their business. I believe in consumer sovereignty and voting with your dollars. So, that being said, this was my experience... I walked in today around lunch to get a few new coils for this cheap vaporizer. It used to be my backup, but is now my primary after my better one took at dive into my cup of water (another story altogether). Suffice it to say that Im not very familiar with what the make/model is on my vaporizer. Guy behind the counter asks how he can help. Good enough start to the convo, so I tell him just looking to pick up a couple coils for this guy (and show him the vaporizer). He says, "What is that?", while he looks at it still in my hand, and asks me what type it is. I tell him I dont know, and he promptly says, as if he is irritated, "well, we dont have anything for that". As I walk off, I tell him "Nice attitude", to which he responds, "well, if I dont know what it is, and you dont know what it is..." door shuts as I walk out. This is exactly the problem. He doesnt know what type it is because he never looked at it in detail, yet he seems to be sure enough at first glance to say that they "dont have anything for that". Hmmm, mixed messages much? I get the impression he didnt want to be bothered with such a small sale, especially given the many other people in the store. Even still, GREAT customer services makes ALL customers feel valued and respected, not just the ones that are spending the most money or the customers that are most knowledgeable about their goods. Remember, YOU are supposed to be the expert, not the customer. My business could have been an solid future income stream for this business, even though todays attempt to purchase was for a small sale. Still, this employee/biz owner (dont know who he is, doesnt matter) has sacrificed the present value of all future cash flows from my patronage on account of VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Respect your customers. At the end of the day, they are paying your wages and no one else.

Rob is the man!!! Went in there knowing nearly zero about building coils and MODS. He spent over an hour and a half talking with me showing me options within my budget all to get me the set up I needed. This place has earned my business from now on! After I had made a choice and got all of my stuff paid out Rob actually sat down with me and showed me how to build coils for my new RDA setup. If I could give them 50 stars I would, This shop is 2 hours from my house but I would easily drive over there for all my Vaping needs instead of using one of my local shops, not only are their products awesome but the people and atmosphere are great as well.

Every battery we have bought at this place has gone out even the ones we took back ! and the batteries arent even a year old !!!!We have spent at least 700-800 at this place and would never go back . 4 batteries and all junk ! Dont know if the parts are refurbished but taking my business to Good Vapes , the guy that runs this place seems like he could careless. Seemed like he was more interested in finishing his sandwhich then to help and then replaces what you bought originally with something you dont want or the color ! Buyers beware ...

Best vapor shop I have been to!!! Instead of being like the annoying sales men just trying to make a buck the staff here took their time and explained everything above and beyond!! They have the best flavor juices I have tried!!! The builds they do to make sure You are satisfied are amazing!! I highly recommend this place to everyone!!

Went in with a Kanger Nebox that leaked and wasnt happy with it(got it from some crap place)the guy who helped me gave me a new coil and showed me how to put the cotton in it right and filled my tank with awesome e juice and gave me a new coil. That was awesome. I will forever love this place and come back when i can to show support.

I could go into details but Ill just save us the time and say the guy behind the counter was very rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend this shop to any of my friends or family. Even though the man who checked me out was kind and helpful the other man that mixed the juice was ignoring my questions and vague with his questions.

This vapor shop is amazing!!! I have gone thru so many different shops and none of them compared to the amazing quality you receive here!! The manager Keith is amazing, he helped me pick a perfect rig, explained everything to me!! He took the time to build the rig to my needs!! I will definitely keep going to this place!!

This is an amazing shop...the staff are great and know there stuff and take the time to explain everything to you and make sure you understand the dos and donts of the equipment you buy..plus they have a great selection of juices is truly a great place for all your vapeing needs

The best E-cig shop Ive been to period. Customer service is really good. They changed our coils for free and even sell drinks. Staff is knowledgeable. Its a really comfortable place. Owners a nice guy hes always there. :D

I bought a it ate mvp 3.0 pro and when to charge it for the first time and it dont work! So upset because I just found out I paid too much for the vape on top of it not working! Wont buy again from this shop!

All in all; the experience was great! They are a bit pricey; however, in my opinion, the customer service makes up for that. They will set you up with a kit that works for you!
