BUYER BEWARE: high margin prices ; biased opinions ; unfriendly workers and management that will ban you if you have anything negative to say. I have NO PROBLEM with paying for convenience.. You get to hold a product, see it, and get it that day. Thats why stores upcharge $100 more .... Stax however thinks they can get away with $200+ margins... prices that are insane. I once bought a ash catcher at evolution (81st & memorial behind quiktrip) for $30, took it straight to staxx, and he could NOT believe that I got it for that price. Had the same exact piece & color... his price? $150. Go to evolution behind quiktrip... their locations in Midwest city and tahlequah are the better ones.. But anything is better than paying 2.5x what the owner paid for something that is probably cheap glass. This store has an expansion opening in Bixby and purchased vapor eyes on memorial & 81st after it went bankrupt a year ago. This part of the Arabian monopoly that has hit Tulsa by storm after gaining clientele through underage selling of tobacco/water pipes then after revenue grew he bought vapor eyes & expanded staxx. Buy at your OWN risk and understand they will NOT honor any promises or warranties on the products. Once you pay and leave, youre screwed. Good luck!

I have gone here a few times and I consider myself a new Loyal Customer. They have amazing sales during the holidays, and great prices that are affordable to all incomes. The selection of merchandise includes, but not limited to a vast array of hookahs, shisha tobacco, water pipes, glass pipes, artwork pipes, glass tobacco tasters, vapor machines and portable vaporizers, as well as grinders and scales. Their Customer Service is the best I have encountered in Tulsa, and the people who work there are truly helpful and give honest opinions. If they ever have a question they cant answer they do all they can to FIND the answer for you, whether that means helping you look or asking the Manager himself. Truly a unique experience and anyone who goes will soon be die-hard Loyals to "Staxx Smoke and Gift Shop."

I came here for the first time with my fiance on March 29, 2017. I loved the store and i loved all the items for sale. What I loved most of all was the customer service. They have the nicest people Ive ever encountered in a smoke and gift shop. Or even a regular store for that matter. The woman that ran the place, Charlene, was the sweetest and coolest, along with the most helpful person Ive ever been helped by in any store Ive ever went into. This will now be my go to place for anything when it comes to these items. Absolutely awesome store!!!!!

I recently went to a Staxx Smoke and Gift Shop and was not only amazed by the initial gigantic showroom and spectactular show pieces but I was even more wowed by the one on one real customer service. This business is definitely growing. During my experience never did I ever feel unvallued as a customer or like a rushed sale. Staxx has so much great inventory to choose from. They sell a little of everything and I go there for my vaping needs and to browse because they always have new inventory. They also make their own incense that is better and lasts longer than any Ive ever used before! The employees are knowledgeable and go that extra mile to help you find just what you need or help with any questions.

In comparing their prices to other head shops in town I found staccato to b very overpriced. I could not just purchase the size screens I needed. Instead I was given a bag of very large and tiny screens wit 2 of the size I needed. Why would I do that
