Literally hate coming here, And the last time coming here. I would come to buy Kendra Scott earrings for my mothers birthday and today I went in to look for studs by Kendra Scott and if you dont look like a million bucks when you walk in the will literally follow you around. They make it so uncomfortable to shop I will not be coming back. Sorry if my A&M Shirt and Nike shorts offends you I just took my grandmother to the doctor. So completely rude.

I had a horrible experience here . Customer service was horrible I had spent 50+ and the lady that checked me out said I couldnt return any of my items because I wasnt in the system I told her that was fine . Then another worker asked why my name wasnt enrolled and the lady told her I will talk to you about it later . I felt very un welcomed.
