Theresa Dominguez at this location is a joke! We switched from Sprint to ATT, traded in 4 of our phones 2 being iphones. She said we would get $150 back for each line for switching over. After switching over and 5 months later we have not received a credit for our phones as promised by her. My husband went to store several times, called her and when he finally got to talk to her and her manager they both said " oh that was the promotion the month before" put my husband on the phone with Customer Service as if he hadnt already tried this route 3x before. As he was on the phone, in the store, she walks to the back, after being told on the phone he needed to talk to our sales rep, he hangs up and was told by another associate "oh sorry Theresa had to go somewhere". Wow! How convenient! Her manager also made no effort to make things right! New as an ATT customer and was not very impressed! I understand people make mistakes HOWEVER, she made no effort to apologize or admit to making a mistake! Theresa your a joke! And so is your manager!

I had signed up for Uverse and internet bundle in May with Myra (who has apparently transferred stores). I thought she was very nice and helpful until her promises were never fulfilled. I was signing up online with the offer of getting a 250 dollar reward card and I had a question so I called. Then she told me she could go ahead and set me up with the same offer but I would only have 100 in rewards and the other 150 would be applied to my bill. I got the rewards but never the remaining 150 dollars. I feel cheated. I have called Myra again on her phone and she tells me yeah I will talk to my old boss about it...and call you back...never happens. I even called the store to ask about it and some guy said they would call me back. Also never happened. All I want was the other $150 dollars that was promised to me. Customer Service cannot help either because there is no written record of it in the file. But they could help me change my name that was spelled incorrectly within 2-3 billing cycles!

For the past few years, Ive had the misfortune of having my wireless and internet service through AT&T. Its one of those things where once you start, its a pain to switch service providers. This AT&T service store has friendly salespersons, but they dont seem to have a clue what theyre doing. One sales agent will tell you one thing, and another will tell you the opposite. Ive visited the store around 4 times to sort out issues with my service, and only once did I leave feeling like they had done something useful. The salespersons might forget to mention activation and sign-up fees so be sure and ask about that. Ive also had bad experiences when signing up for new internet service. The internet service is never activated on the promised date, but the bill never fails to start on time. If you get any service with AT&T, be sure to ask about the activation fees, date of activation, and try to get something in writing, or nothing will ever come of your new service.

Against my better judgement I got AT&T. My friends and family had told me of their problems with the customer service and after a "smooth" sign up the problems started. The install was backed dated for three weeks and the appointment was missed due to a clerical error. My auto pay took over two months to kick in. I got my first bill in the mail around the same time I got my first phone call from them telling me that I owed for the last two months plus the install. I was furious, the college kid had neglected to tell me there would be a lag in the auto pay feature I had signed up for. The college kid also signed us up with an in-store discount, that discount didnt show up on my bill for 6 months. When I asked about all the problems we were having the best they could come up with was to direct me to the same 800 number I had just got done with. Oh, one last thing there customer service call center is located overseas. Good luck people, you may need it.

My problem is not with this store specifically, but AT&T in general. I have recently moved to the area and like most people, enjoy having WiFi in my home/apartment. I choose AT&T as many do, sign up and then receive the equipment only to find out from a lady thats overseas they "do not service my area." How am I able to receive all the equipment after signing up if they dont service my area?!?! I can see an AT&T from my front door. Doesnt anyone think itd be efficient to check if they service the area next to their store when I give my address? Now I have to return the equipment further wasting my time after Im already delayed getting WiFi. Suddenlink may as well save money on marketing. Why advertise when AT&T is this poor? Simply change your slogan to "We arent them" and business will boom.

Service over the years deteriorated drastically. Every time I go in for something, they say they cant solve it and I need to call the customer service. They are very friendly and everything, theres no doubt about that. But their capabilities is what were going there for and that is very limited. So this rating is not for the employees, but for the representation of the company in Lubbock. Also, I know Lubbock is a small town and everything but the speed of new products arriving to stock in Lubbock is extremely slow. Companies should definitely work on that.

This store was very busy when I went and although the lady who checked me in at the front was very cordial, the one who took her place shortly after I arrived didnt even acknowledge my presence. I waited for at least 30 minutes before anyone was able to help me, although there were only two other customers in the store. When I was finally able to sit with someone and talk about my broken phone, I felt the salesperson was only trying to rush me out. I would strongly recommend going to the AT&T store on 82nd & Slide if you need someone to actually help you.

Me & My boyfriend switched from Sprint to AT&T for better service I can say now it is amazing. Jennifer Q was a great sales associate she work with use one-on-one, get our numbers ported over from sprint. It took a while but she worked very hard and patient till she got the job done. AT&T service is better than the sprint customer service I know that for a fact. So if anyone need help with their AT&T service or want to start up new service just go visit Jennifer she will take care of you... Thank Jennifer Again!

Upon arriving at the opening and seeing even the manager not on time.... It quickly became obvious these kids where typical irresponsible college kids. They where all about being nice and courteous until they find out your not there for a sale....customer service blows, and as a double business owner my bills are way too high not to receive good customer service. Its idiots like this that give college students a bad wrap. If your buying a phone Im sure they are great, if you have a problem however, not so much.
