I had the worst customer service experience that I have had in years at this store today. I have had an account with UPS for 2 years and I drop off packages regularly there. Today I brought in a package to the man with the beard. Every time he helps me he acts like Im a pain, and is very cold. (The ladies that work there are very nice.) But today I brought in a reused package that had old stickers on it. I was told by him that the stickers would need to be removed. I pulled the top off, but then he told me even the glue would also need to be removed, so my daughter and I pulled off all except two small parts that had been covered by tape, and he still would not take it. I asked if he could help clip the small parts of tape that were hanging off. He said he would have to charge me for that. I asked to speak to the manager. He said she wasnt there. I asked for her phone number. He said her number was private. I grabbed the business card and asked if that was her name. I asked him to give her my phone number. He slipped me a piece of paper to write it on and started helping the next customer. I asked if I had to go back home to use scissors, and why I couldnt just borrow some. He then pointed to an area where there was scissors. So I clipped off the two pieces then brought him the package and he said "take your box with you." So I said "so now you refuse to help me?" He nodded. Ive worked in customer service my entire life, and if I ever treated my customers that way I wouldnt have a job.

If you like to be treated extremely rudely by someone who should be providing customer service then go here. I enjoy spending money when someone mouths off to me repeatedly. Worthless store terrible customer service.
