Maybe I am old fashioned and expect too much, but when my Dr. sends over 4 prescriptions to Walgreens Falcon, and I go pick up a bag of pills, then drive 45 minutes home to rest, open up the bag of scripts and only find 3 of the 4 ordered .... then call the store and they tell me "oh, we didnt have that in stock so we will order it for you and will probably get it in 2 days; and by the way, if you dont pick them up within 72 hours (of some time we dont know just yet, so call and find out when the countdown clock starts) we are going to send them back, so you need to drive 1.5 hours round trip during some specific, but as of now undetermined, time period in the future or else". Hope you feel up to it without all your meds BTW!!! Now Im at home trying to get well without all the prescriptions the Dr. ordered .. and then I realize "Why the HELL did Walgreens in Falcon not tell me the order was not complete when I picked it up so I could go look somewhere else for my medicine before I drove back home to hole up for 4, 5 or ??? days and get well????" All because Walgreens in Falcon did not bother to tell me they ran out of the drug my Dr. ordered and I REALLY feel like s**t. THAT deserves a 1 star review. I might be old fashioned, but I believe I am now a lot more UNcomfortable just because Walgreens in Falcon didnt give me a chance to buy elsewhere; which is not only unprofessional, but unacceptable. Id get fired if I did that to a client more than once. "Here are the documents you need Mr. Doe" and then Mr. Doe shows up in court and has to tell the judge that he doesnt have exhibit "A" until probably 2 days, but he does have "B" and "C" that support "A", so hopefully that is good enough?? Not good or professional. Im firing them as of NOW. EDIT: Check out all of the other bad reviews that say the same thing I said about them not having stock. I hope to GOD in the future they will at least tell people when they dont have their prescriptions available instead of (afraid I assume?) chancing the possibility of getting into a confrontation with an unhappy customer in real time. Walgreens Falcon must be really unprofessional in general, and not only by my experience it appears. Thanks goodness I wasnt going on vacation and expecting to get my regular meds together for an extended period of time beginning tomorrow or the next day. EDIT #2 - WalMart has them in stock NOW and they assure me they rarely run out of meds. Im assuming they are real professionals over there.

The people working in this store are by far some of the rudest people Ive ever met. I use this pharmacy all of the time. (Not that it matters but Im a cancer patient.) Thinking back on all of the times ive been there I cannot think of one pleasant experience. Not a single one. During the Waldo Canyon fire a woman from a local church attempted to buy several cases of water for the fire fighters. She asked the manager if he would be willing to match her purchase of water with a donation of more water. Not only did he refuse but he had the bad taste of limiting her purchase to only three cases!! Having witnessed this, I bought three cases myself and gave them to the wonderful woman. When another man tried to follow my lead the manager became very rude and downright mean. He said quote: "This water is for the community of Falcon" Psh..Like we were in the middle of a bottled water crisis or something. It broke my heart to see someone be so cold in the face of a natural disaster.

Every single time I have called in to fill my prenatal vitamins they have said they need to order them, (evidently even though I have a 12 month Rx they dont EVER keep them in stock) which is fine Ive come to expect it. The issue is that they say they will be in in 2 days and every single time I go to pick up they dont have them! They have to reorder because someone forgot to order them in the first place! I live 30 miles out of town and its not convenient at all to come in to town expecting to pick them up only to learn I have to try again another day and hope they finally get it together. This is ridiculous. They are also not the least bit concerned when I tell them this happens every time! This has happened to me on 4 different occasions, Im fed up and will be taking my business elsewhere!

I go here because it is local to me and the only real pharmacy in Falcon (Wal-Mart and Safeway dont count in my opinion). They are not particularly speedy when waiting but they have always seemed friendly to me. My one big gripe is they dont have wifi. A lot of people wait for their scripts and having wifi would be a nice touch.

Ive been using this pharmacy on a bi weekly basis for my kiddos for 2 years. Never a problem! I always get notifications when my scripts are ready, the staff is friendly, the pharmacists are always willing to offer advice, and every prescription had been filled accurately...for 2 years. Thanks for a job well done guys!

Ive been waiting now two months for my prescription and they are making it seem like its my doctors fault for not responding to them. They havent been calling me and updating me meanwhile I am waiting and waiting for my prescription. Worst pharmacy ever. Going back to Safeway.

Upon walking in to this location I notice blaring music. The music shouldnt be so loud, and on top of that it was not a family friendly song so my assumption is the employees themselves are playing their own music. Not a great way to attract customers.

Worse pharmacy in the Springs as they never check their stock or will send you a text/email saying your scrip is ready even if they only have one pill. Their only concern is making money.

Ive have came here in the mornings when their suppose to be open & at times they still have a cart in front of the door & newspapers still out side as if their not suppose to be open

Ive been going here for 8 years. Everyone has always been friendly and helpful. Call to doctors to refill prescriptions is always prompt unless its Brand and then it can be delayed.
