Every single employee at Next needs an extensive lesson in quality customer service, especially Sergio the technician and Scott the sales manager. After spending thousands and thousands of dollars and dozens of referrals, Next Electronics has cut me out of a deal with my own client and completely ignored any wrong doing. Next was given simple instructions on how to proceed with every deal that goes through my firm and low and behold, they managed to somehow screw that up. Putting my client in violation of the contract they have with me. After being made aware before they even sent the estimate, Next started the work without my knowledge and completed the project and did not reach out to me once. I will never reccomend or work with Next ever again. This is after a 5 year working relationship with them. Sad and unprofessional.

Next Electronic Systems did a great job installing the Control 4 Home Automation System in our house. The integration job was a challenge with our Nuvo sound system, Aqua-link pool controller, security / camera system, Luton lighting, televisions, gates, and more... Net, we had a mess of applications that needed to made easier to control and use. Their employees were awesome, clean, timely and good humored. As in all cases, stuff happens down the road. Again, always willing to come back in good spirits and make the necessary adjustments. A first in home electronics & music services for us... Hands down the very best in Austin for high-end residential A/V and home control. Its been a pleasure to work with this team for ~10 years at multiple properties. Theyve been tremendous at everything from new construction to small upgrades. The team is VERY smart, pay wonderful attention to detail, and understand what "complete" and bug-free really means. They are completely honest and trustworthy. They probably wont be the cheapest, but theyll make your house the happiest.
