Not every HEB has a cafe on the run but this one does. It also has a Randalls and Kroger within one mile so the prices are competitive. When we moved here from Summerwood our grocery bill dropped by $200/month. The HEB in Summerwood was miles from competition. The staff here is friendly, the store is clean and with a good layout that was easy to memorize. Produce is fresh, there are HEB made tortillas imported from another store, and the fish and meat departments are well stocked. Protip: On Wednesdays, the delicious deli-made pizzas are on sale, $2.00 off. The sun dried tomato and basil is highly recommended.

I just went in the store to Buy Life Way, Kiefer in the small batch. H-E-B is charging 221. Kroger signature store at the front of Kingwood Drive charges 1.79. I can understand a $.10 difference but I cannot understand a $.42 difference. On top of this I had the smaller cart that I was trying to put away and as soon as it went out the main door the wheel locked up so that I could not even put it back in position what if someone needs this car who is handicapped or elderly theyre gonna block it from leaving the main doors?

Its convenient, but it has been a bit disappointing. There are some things I do not allow substitutions on. But while I have seen these items in the store and they appear on the website, the curbside clerks cannot seem to find these items. So, I wind up having to go back to the store and just find these items myself. I am not letting the clerk substitute things like coffee. Having to go back to the grocery store defeats the purpose of curbside. Hopefully it will improve with time.

I really like this store. It is clean, and full of very personable people to help you. I love HEB, the stores have a nice variety of products so you can find what you are looking for. Unlike Walmart they carry a greater range of products. Their produce is good, their meat department is also very nice. They also carry a large selection of wine. I love to buy six bottles at a time get get my 10% off. The one drawback here, the parking. It isnt so great.

Went to get some seafood at 7:50pm on July 5th and both people working there were packing up and had no interest in even trying to get me what I asked for. I was simply dismissed for asking for something they had already put away and the dude rolled his eyes at me as if I was an inconvenience. Unacceptable. I just wanted a few shrimps. Ryan (maybe Rian) was great though at checkout. She gets 5 stars.

#1 about HEB Pharmacy is very fast extremely friendly you couldnt ask for better people the rest of the store maybe a little bit higher than Walmart but the lies are wide checking it out is very fast and very friendly and a body in the store are very nice I would rate this store at least 10 for the service the price and everything goes along with it

Rural Dog Rescue and Texas Boston Terrier Rescue

HEB rocks. Aside from just flat out best products and deals, They were the only store in our area during Hurricane Ike to have been prepared with generators and logistics to get emergency supplies for ice and other goods to care for desperate Kingwood residents while our power was out for 3 weeks. HEB is our store for life.

This place has a great selection on the foods. They offer very delicious HEB brand dishes that are a great way to get tasty meals easily. It is very nicely organized and easy to find stuff. They offer very fresh produce. However, I would suggest you go during the week if at all possible as it gets very crowed on the weekends

Even at the busiest times of the day, service is always fast and friendly. There are always plenty of cashiers so that I do not have to wait in line for long. The store is always so clean and well organized. They make the chore of grocery shopping enjoyable. This is one of the BEST H.E.B.s that I have ever been to!

I would give this place a 4.5 but rounding up to 5. Great prices and friendly staff. The only problem is they dont carry some stuff other HEBs do like cotton candy grapes and mochi ice cream I saw at another HEB. Maybe this is not the flagship store but I still like it a lot.

I live in the Kingwood area and I was so excited for the new HEB Ive been having a few issues with the new HEB Bought 3 apples 1 of them had a spider in it with the web Today bought a chuck steak open the package and had a bad smell I love the customer service

HEB always has great produce and great price. This store is getting older but they are building a new HEB super center to the east of the old store along with new restaurants and other nice addon. Looking forward for the changes in the next few months!

Worse place, some workers are great. And some act like segregation hasnt ended. I was refused of sale of an adult beverage. 15 Minutes to 12. And couldnt give me a reason why state law prohibited is all i was told. #bbb could you explain why

Easily the best grocery store in Kingwood, with a fantastic produce department and the cheapest prices. The wine department is also a big step above your average grocery store, almost like a central market wine selection.

Nice, except the smell of the bathrooms on the entrance. But anything wrong with this store will be gone, new store building built across the road with double the square footage
