Monday we were told we could get 4 Galaxy S4 minis if we traded in our old phones from Verizon. The only other phones sold for a decent price are crappy knock-offs or the new $200 models. Went through the whole transaction, and it wasnt until everything was signed and done that the employee told us they only had one in stock and we would have to have the other two delivered to our house. She also told us it would take till Tuesday or Wednesday to arrive. Since everything was said and done we didnt have any choice but to agree. We got an email on Tuesday that stated it wouldnt even ship out for two days, and we noticed they had put the wrong address. We call to change the address and were assured that since they had not been shipped it was not too late to change the address, which the same employee told us she had done. She said she called the store to see if they had received new shipments but they hadnt so again, we had no choice to wait. I even tried calling the store directly and the manager confirmed they hadnt received any more shipments of the S4 minis. It is now Thursday, and we got another email stating the phones had been shipped... still to the wrong address. We called again to tell them and the rep said she changed it, but this has delayed the shipping dates. We are now sitting at having to wait a week to get the phones on top of the week we already have been waiting for them. We called the store again today and the lady there said they still didnt have any in stock, and when we threatened to cancel they had one pink S4 mini that apparently appeared by magic in their inventory. None of the people weve spoken to were helpful. I am the one that has to be without a phone now, and all of this could have been avoided had they just told us from the beginning that they didnt carry that many copies of the phones. Our only choice now is to wait, take a crappy knock-off brand, or lose money cancelling our service and trying somewhere else. We cant even go back to Verizon! Hands-down the worst experience Ive ever had with a wireless company. The employees are under-trained and have absolutely no customer service skills. If we could afford to throw away the money we would leave the company altogether!

I came into the store and the employee who greeted me did not care what my reason to the store just wanted my name and me phone number. Did not ask how to spell it or anything. She was not trained in anything else. When customers did not come in (45 minutes) she just stared out the front window. If i was a manager I would of been very upset to employ someone who did the same job as a guestbook. I just needed to buy a replacement phone. I waited over and hour for customer after other customer being help in front of me because they had an appointment. Walk ins are definitely not welcome. Get an appointment. Finally when I was fed up I asked for a manager and guy pointed to 3 people. The one that helped me had not been doing anything for the hour I was there. I told her to get the exact phone I wanted and she got it. She refused to help me activate it because she claimed I was not in the right name. I told her let me buy the phone and I will deal with it by phone. I went home and got it activated no problem with the account. AT&T should be embarrassed by this location. I have gone the the Atascocita location in the past with no problems. Learned my lesson dont go to Kingwood.

Jason was very helpful. Got me in and out of the store in no time at all. Very helpful in selecting my phone & straightening out my bill. I would defiantly ask for him the next time I go there again. The atmosphere at this place is safe & friendly.

They just stared blankly at me.. no greeting, nothing. They used to have great service but now Im done. Awful! I have been in customer service since I was 15 years old, NEVER would I allow a guest to feel like a nuisance. Inexcusable!

The worst experience Ive ever had in a store. The manager Chris just escorted me out of the store because I said "God damn" He will be reported . Horrible place. Go somewhere else.
