Never ask the manager Diane Lechuga to not overstack your bags and to not throw your items (the journal books I selected) because she will make a scene stop waiting on you, tell you that you have and attitude and refuse you service. As a consumer I requested another cashier to ring me out. She left me there instructed all of the cashiers not to ring me out. To my surprise she came back and told me that the sheriff was on their way. The Sherrif arrived asked her to ring me up. If you want to have a Sherriff by you side while you are puchasing by any means come to this Ross location. I asked her to give me her name and the corporate number to place a complaint. She thought that because the police arrived that she was right and that I had done something wrong. She stated, that I made the other customers uncomfortable, when her attitude was what made the other customers uncomfortable. When I walked out I had to witnesses walk up to me and gave me their names and numbers as witnesses to be mentioned when I called corporate.

I originally bought the item in a different location, but since I was in the area that day, I decided to return it there. Well, the description of the Item did not match my return, I told the associate to look for the item number, I had just bought it the day before. She said, " I did look, there is no tags! " than, she call her boss, they told me, since the item was damage, with no $ tags, to take it back to the location I originally purchased it. I was so upset but I went to the location where I purchased it in the first place..the description of the Item was not accurate but there was in fact a price tag on it.the stupid associate and manager just didnt take the time to look for it. I asked the associate at the other location, what the policy was on items returning to a different location. She said it was okay for customers to return an item to another location since its the same company as long as I have a receipt.

I love Ross but will never return to this location. Everything was broken/missing items out of the packaging, and scattered. I noticed an item was missing, went back inside where the very nice loss prevention gentleman tried to help me. I was told by the manager the cashier who checked me out "would not come up front" even after being called on the intercom because she was on break. Fine, I get that but instead of helping me herself, she cut me off, defended herself, began another conversation with an employee and acted like I was trying to get one over on her. She charged me for the item I had already purchased, gave me 20% off and walked away with arrogance. If you dont want to give customer service, maybe dont work in retail, let alone manage.

This is one of the better Ross locations. The store is way more organized than any of the others Ive shopped at. They keep a great selection. I usually come out with several items. At the other locations Im lucky to find one or two items, if anything at all. Prices are great and it doesnt feel like Im shopping at a discount store. This is my go-to for business casual for work.

Managers and staff standing around at register while there is a line of customers waiting to check out and return items. Too busy talking about their taxes instead of doing their job. I mean it is Ross after all but still youre getting paid to do a job, learn to do it...

As far as selection, its part for the course for a Ross. HOWEVER, when you get to the incredibly LONG line at the cashier, thats where you find the difference here. We FLEW through it! Those staff people were seriously moving. It was great! Super experience.

Sometimes the clothes selection is really lacking. I usually have no problem finding decent items at other Ross locations, but it seems like this store doesnt quite suit my style. The staff are nice and try to get everyone through the lines quickly

Best ross in houston cleaner than any other i been too. Staff is nice. The ghetto ross someone else is mentioning must be mistaken because the ghetto one is over on west rd. Area or greenspoint. This humble location is huge & always organized.

It was clean & well organized for a store selling such a wide array of high turnover items. The problem my sister & I had was that they didnt have much anything her size in the whole store- shes a 2- so we had to go elsewhere.

The deerbrook mall location is big. I find it very organized and it has more options here. It is right next to pappasito which is a great way to burn some wait time while waiting for a table.

Ghetto. Under-staffed. Waited in check out line for 15 minutes. Will avoid this Ross at all costs in the future. Only good thing I can say is that I got a cheap price on some nice shirts.

Another favorite place to hunt for bargains. Sometimes you can find gems. But the checkout experience is usually poor and they dont always seem to keep the a/c very cool.

Typical Ross. Although in this one I cant really ever find anything for me. Clothes selection for men needs a little attention. My wife finds stuff she likes though.

As a size 14/16 I can a tremendously hard time finding clothes that fit. For whatever reason, this store always has a great selection, and all for real cheap.

Crowded, messy, and they had no bags. Also, you cant take the carts outside, so all of the items I purchased had to be carried by hand to my car.

Workers are terrible with Horrible attitudes . The Employees dont even know how to do their own job. I dont recommend coming to this Ross.
