I came here in search of khaki pants and some cute pumpsfor a meeting. I had never been here before but I had tried other places and was unsuccessful. I went straight to their sale rack because I knew their regular priced items would be out of my budget for something I needed only once (but Im hoping for multiple uses if the find is good, of course). So long story short, I found a pair of suede royal blue pumps that I cant put on without compluments everywhere I go and found a pair of khaki pants in the perfect size. I made it out of there with a new Banana Republic Visa card and $79 charged to it. The customer service was great and the findings were good. :)

I almost never review things but today after leaving this store, I felt I had to. The manager at this store (blonde hair, constant mean look on her face) is incredibly rude. I have been to this store many times and I (the customer) am always smiling and friendly. This manager is rude and completely indifferent to the needs of the customers. Other people who work here are nice, but still, I would recommend heading over to the galleria to avoid this very unpleasant woman.

Westheimer village banana republic usually has a great selection and a petites section. Parking can be challenging, as there really arent that many spots...
