Horrible the writting in the tags are not elgible enough to read . They have the retial price crossed out then their price which looks crossed out and then a number 1-12(which you would think is the price) but the lady says its the week they brought it out. As a new customer how would I know that and as someone previously stated you have to write your name,number and address to have the item void. The prices are like platos closet, but the clothing has stains. The Houston Jr Forum (in the heights) has way more reasonable prices then this place and better quality clothing.

The store is not organized by size, which I would have been fine with if the prises were remotely reasonable. $15 for a dress I could have bought on clearance for less hassle and possibly less money in the actual store. When I go to a thrift shop I expect thirty prices. After I told her I didnt want the item, she miss heard me and scanned it anyways. In order to void the item, I had to provide her with my name, phone number, address, signature, and why I didnt want the item.

This thrift store has rules, no large backpacks or strollers, might as well say no babies. I was not comfortable with the idea of putting my 2 month old in his car seat then in a shopping cart, so I carried him & its over priced for clothes that isnt even name brand.

Most disgusting place Ive ever been. So dirty and I told an employee the restroom desperately needs to be cleaned and she just said "eh." Poop all over the restroom and it stinks up the entire store.

u have $1 Dollar store across the street. Below 5 down the street. Ross n Marshals n Walmart. why pay such over-priced prices for USED items? dont waste ur time. buy new or items on clearance

Items are over priced at this location(Platos Closet pricing). Their other locations are cheaper. Goodwill is much cheaper. However the clothing offered is in good quality condition.
