I’ve been shopping here for several years and getting some great deals. This place is one of the least expensive resale shops I’ve been to. Recent finds include a Gucci dress shirt for $8, Norton Ditto tux for $25. It is worth taking the time to look the store over as they have some great deals and finds including designer labels on the $3 clothing rack. I find the staff here always friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. If you sign up for the email list you are notified first of any special events that include a designer clothing event and a special jewelry event. The store hours are Wed-Fri 10-3 and Sat 10-4 with Sat being busy at times. I did some research online and found this store is run by a group of volunteers and all of the profits support their Philanthropic programs, including free school uniforms, scholarships, and supporting Texas artists. I suggest stopping by when you have some time to look through the entire store. If you are not able to find what you’re looking for come back soon as they replenish the merchandise daily.

I found this place while en route to a different thrift store in the neighborhood and stopped in completely on a whim looking for nice work shoes. I found three beautiful pairs in great condition for less than $25 for all of them! The selection looked really thorough and in good quality and the staff was really helpful. The pricing was very affordable too - lots of pieces were marked down to $2. I still went to my original destination after and that place had more selection but less quality stuff and for higher prices so I didnt end up getting anything there - next time Ill head straight to the Assistance League instead!

Best thrift store in the area. It is small, but nice. I think it is the only volunteer based store in the area that is strictly donation NOT consignment based. Which you can see in their prices. The other local stores arent thrift stores and really shouldnt be in the thrift category but consignment instead. I saw several designers run through the store in the short period of time I was there. The volunteers were very friendly with everyone, all walks of life. If I was a local this would be my regular place to thrift.

Pretty small but everything in here is very high quality. It is also all sorted by size which is rare for a thrift store. It seems the nearby River Oaks people drop off a lot of their higher end clothes which lets us get them at a fraction of the price! As usual there is a lot more womens clothing than mens but I did find a brand new looking shirt that I looked up and found to be $95 new but got it for $8. Deal!

It is friendly, operated by members of the Assistance League of Houston. All the items for sale are donated, no consignment. Many items come from estate sales, so there are many antique or vintage things, including furniture, art, and kitchen/dining wares. Ample parking lot and Thursdays are senior day with a ten percent cent discount for 55 and over.

Nice staff and environment. The selection isnt as large as bigger thrift stores, but the stuff that they have is all good quality, clean and very organized. Can easily find clothes by size. The prices arent the cheapest, but they are fair for the quality of goods they have.

This place is great! Yes, it may be smaller BUT everything in here is clean and not damaged. I come a lot and find something every time. I read the books and then re-donate them. I have seen antique store owners in here - really, I have.
