I took my phone here earlier this year because of a cracked screen. They were reasonably priced and professional. So when my phone blacked out a few days ago out of nowhere, I figured I would stop by to see what they thought was going on with my phone. They informed me a recall that had been issued on the make and model of my phone for exactly what my phone was experiencing. With this new knowledge, I went to my mobile carrier where I bought my phone to see if they could help me. Their store was noisy and busy, and I didnt get to far with them at all. Because of the pleasant atmosphere and willingness to help that I had just received at Dr. Cell Phone, I right back to their store :) They were much more helpful and went above and beyond to help me get on the right track on how to get my phone replaced/repaired by the manufacturer. Dont hesitate to stop by this location! These guys are knowledgeable, professional and friendly! Thanks a ton!

My phone took a fall last night at dinner and suffered a cracked screen. I showed up when they opened and Jeremy greeted me and was able to get me a quote on replacing the screen and told me that the phone should be ready around 1:30 PM. I showed up at 1:45 and the phone was fixed and ready to roll. Good workmanship, screen actually works better than the screen it had before it broke. Walked out the door for a very reasonable price considering that they only use OEM Samsung parts for Samsung products (a big plus). Jeremy was incredibly helpful and answered all of my questions. These guys will get all of my cellphone repairs from now on. So much smarter/easier then paying for a silly extended "cell phone warranty" from a carrier.

I went in the store today to get my iPhone6s cracked screen replaced. I had a previously went somewhere else when I cracked my screen, and the replacement was awful. My phone wouldnt go black when I was on the phone and would put it up to my ear, and it ghosted a lot. I did a lot of research on where to go before I decided to go to Dr. Cell Phone, not only did the replace my screen, but my phone other issue are fixed. It pays to do your research and go somewhere with qualified technicians that take pride in their work. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you so much for your professionalism and quality work. The employees here are so nice, and helpful. They turned an awful day into a great one.

Best place to get any work done on phones and I feel bad because I didnt even remember catching the nice gentlemens name who took care of me. Not only did he fix my phone that was stuck on a black screen because of an iphone update but you can tell he was really knowledgeable because while I was waiting I heard him helping another customer and really taking the time to make the customer understand what he was doing to fix his phone. He also made sure the other customer knew he was doing the job right! Trust when i say they will do the job right. I will be back to get my screen fixed and I give them two thumbs up!!

I took my phone to them and had the screen and digitizer replaced and they gave me a warranty. About 30 minutes after I got the phone back the screen was popping up and the home button was not working correctly, so I went back a week later when I had available time and tried to get it fix under warranty, granted the guy that did the work on it the first time said that the phone was indicating water damage but checked the boards and found no water. So they would not honor the warranty when I took it back. Wont be going back to them again and I would not recommend anyone to go there.

i have an iPhone 5c and i drive to Houston everyday from Livingston for work and when my phone broke and i couldnt do anything the only place i could think of is go to Verizon until i saw Dr. cell phone next door i came in and they have helped me out a lot very professional and great customer service only took maybe 30 min to fix my phone!!! thank you so much guys yall are a life saver for one who has to face Houston traffic everyday and cant do it with out a phone!!!!! one more thing its quicker and cheaper than having to file an insurance claim on my Verizon account!!!

I must say, my experience at Dr. Cell Phone was GREAT!!!!! The customer service was very welcoming and polite. Mr. Alex the tech man made me feel very comfortable about replacing my screen on my iphone 5 and assured me that I wouldn"t lose any unbacked up data. The repair was a success, and the waiting time was no more than 10 to 15 minutes. I was a very pleased customer. The work done as well as the customer service was simply IRREPLACEABLE. Thank you so very much Mr. Joseph and Mr. Alex you both deserve a standing ovation.

Dr. Cell Phone truly is GEM! I was going to Verizon to have my screen replaced and they were right next to Verizon. Magically appeared and i knew thats where i wanted to get my phone fixed. The price was literally half and it took Anthony 15 minutes tops! Jeremy has outstanding customer service and i felt entirely welcomed! I knew i was in great hands with them both instantly! Hello to all those viewing this, I worked for Dr.cellphone in the past and I have few complaints. With that in mind I would like to give Dr.cellphone the opportunity to right its wrong. I have numerous times emailed and called them to get info about my W-2, with no response. So they have left me no options. Please let your employees past and present have the option to get speedy info from their employer (you). The government requires you to send our W-2s by January 31. The dead line is up. Let us know now!

Dont trust there reviews they pay there customers to put good reviews up !!! I took my iPhone in there for a broken screen and they told me to take it to apple because they couldnt fix it ...so I took it to apple and they told me that the mother board was damaged from the company that tampered with the phone before and I would have to buy another phone so now Im out 600 dollars!!! Save your money and time and stay away from this place !!!
