I had a very unprofessional, disappointing and frustrating experience here. I dropped my iPad off on a Tuesday afternoon to have the microphone replaced. The sales associate made it seem as though it was an easy fix, and one that could be done for only about $75. He told me they would order the part that day (Tuesday) and it would arrive Wednesday afternoon around 2pm. They would try to have it put in my iPad that Wednesday afternoon, but if not it would be done Thursday morning first thing. Thursday afternoon came around and I hadnt heard from them. I called them asking if my iPad was done yet, since this was when I was told it would be done, and they hadnt called me to tell me differently, and the man on the phone said the part hadnt even arrived yet. It would hopefully arrive that same day around 2pm and they could fix it then. Friday morning came around, I never heard from them, and didnt hear from them once over the weekend. I went in on Monday (6 days after dropping it off) and they STILL had "not received the part" for my iPad, and it would be "coming in that day". I informed them I no longer wanted to do business with them and would like my iPad back. I would give my business to someone who would actually fix my iPad. The man at the store informed me they could rush order my part for me no problem. My question is, after calling and asking previously, why wasnt this part rush order the week before? At the end of the day, I understand if repairing an iPad takes a week. But, Ive never dealt with an iPad repair before, so when the sales man said it would be a one day repair, maybe two days, I believed him. Their lack of keeping me informed that it wouldnt be even close to two days is utterly inexcusable. I would say they must be so busy they didnt have time for common customer service... but they didnt look busy at all the two times I was here. Dont waste your time here, they are lazy, lack customer service, and dont understand the meaning of keeping customers informed.

I will not recommend this place for two reasons : 1. They didnt honor the price they told me when I called them up 2. I had a problem with my Samsung S4 LCD display and it was not working. They removed my old screen and before assembling a new LCD display they let me check the new screen and it was working fine, After 1.5 hour they tell me that the new screen wasnt working when they glued it back on the phone and when I asked them for a reason they said probably it was a defective screen or the reason might be something else (Being a cell phone repair place they didnt know the reason). I requested them to run a check on the phone whether it was a screen or other hardware problem and they said they can only check when they have another screen as they were out of stock. They told me that they will call me back the next day when they will have the screen but the call never came. Apart from that it has a left a permanent heat mark on my screen. No recommendation or business from me folks

I brought my Iphone 6 plus in for repair and was given a price of 174.00. I was later called and told that another part needed replaced so it would cost 297.00, I told the gentleman to go ahead and repair. I picked up my phone and was told everything was top of the line. Come to find out my camera did not work and I could also not take a call unless the phone was on speaker. I called the store to ask if I could bring it in and John said yes. I arrived at the store and it wasnt until then I was told the part had to be ordered and it would take two days to arrive. I called after the two days and was given a response of oh yeah it will be here this afternoon or tomorrow morning. I have two other phones that are in need of repair and I definitely will not return to any of your locations. The Customer Service at the Katy location is terrible. Also, please do not respond and ask me to call the 877 number, because it does not connect you to anyone:)

**** BUYER BEWARE *** Took my Smashed LG G3 to them and they fixed the LCD and Glass with a flimsy aftermarket product. Luckily I went straight to T-Mobile to trade it in on JUMP and the screen split in half in the hands of the T-Mobile Salesman. I couldnt believe how cheap the materials are, and the screen was not fully seated properly which lead to the screen splitting. I could see light coming from the edges of the screen. Thankfully, it broke while T-Mobile was just merely handling the phone and reviewing it within 2hrs of paying $173 of getting it fixed. The first thing this place told me before I walked out, is if I break the screen they will not cover it, I guess they new it was going to happen with their cheap products and workmanship.

I just bought a nexus 6 brand new off of amazon for $299 and cracked the glass. I heard good things about Dr cell phone in sugar Land so I decided to give the Katy location a call since its closer to me. They quoted me $295.99 + tax. A whopping 4 bucks less than the whole phone. The guy said that its for the glass and LCD because you cant do just the glass. Thats a lie because the glass is available separately and there are several YouTube how-to videos. Then he started giving me attitude saying I can do it myself. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The the main reason I dont like calling places is because no one would talk like that face to face. Nevertheless this type of customer service is inexcusable.

I recommend you find another place to fix your phone. I had an iphone 5s with a cracked screen. I took it to Dr.Cell Phone for repair, and right after the repair I figure out my front camera is not working (it was perfectly working before the repair). I told them about my issue, and they "tried" replacing the camera but still didnt work. Now they claim that the problem was not caused by them. But if my camera worked perfectly before the repair, and is suddenly not worning after the repair, then how can you not take blame for it? Im still evaluating with my lawyer what can be done. But please dont make the same mistake that I did by taking my phone to this place.

I dont know how the reviews of this place are so good, maybe I just got a bad guy? But Im pretty sure they give people discounts for writing reviews on simple things like screen fixes. If your phone has an actual problem, take it somewhere else. I took my iPhone in and the diagnostic by itself took 2 hours, and whatever they did seriously screwed up my screen. They tried to make me pay over $150 to get the screen fixed when theyre the ones who busted it. I took my phone to Fix My Phone a few weeks later for literally the exact same problem, and they fixed it in under 10 mins for free WITHOUT breaking the LCD in my screen.
