Excellent service. Have visited 2 of your other stores and although everyone has always been nice, PJ (Paramjit Singh) was outstanding. I was in the market for a new phone as my battery was finally dying its last death. I was interested in the Samsung IIII or Samsung V, but had just beenn diagnosed with Cancer and although operable (the good news) .....I knew I was in for some serious medical bills. PJ took the time to ask what I used my phone for and then found me the most economical plan as well as sell me what I needed, vs what could ring up the biggest bucks for Verizon. Dont be mad at him for that, because of him I will keep coming back to Verizon. I had checked out Walmarts no contract and had no intention of purchasing a phone with you that day. I was just looking.....looky lou......But PJ showed sincere concern as well as his expertise on your phones. Observed his customer service with other customers ...while I was there. Awesome, outstanding, coming from a 58 year old woman. Employees could learn alot from just observing his professionalism. Toni Klibbe

I have lived in kingwood for the last 12 years. I use to go to the store by the mall, however I realized that once I had signed for 5 new business lines , I was like no good a customer for them anymore, then as I was at the Cold Stone Creamery on kingwood drive I noticed this Verizon Wireless store. As I walked in I was quiet surprised to see the store was not a mad house like the one by the mall, here I was given personal attention, time and importance by the manager, who wanted to talk to me about my account and experience with Verizon. The sales team was not at all pushy on selling me extra stuff. They serviced my account in a very professional way. Glad to have a neighborhood store, that’s the least I could do to support one of our own local owned business and our neighborhood.

This is an "Authorize Agent" store, not a verizon owne store. Be very carefull. You will be much better served going to the Verizon corporate owned store located by dearbrook mall. You will have a much better selection of phones to choose from, you will not have two sign more than one contract, and you will be subject to the terms and conditions that are advertized by Verizon. My contract says that if I make any changes to it, I owe ZComm $300. I bought a phone that said I had only 7 days to try it out, even though Verizons web site says its trial period is 30 day. Heres an even better value: If you go to Ebay, you can get a good no-contract phone -- like a Razr -- for about $80. That way, you are not locked into a contract.

I almost didnt go to this store due to the previous reviews but checked it out anyway, and I am extremely glad I did! All I needed was to have my service transferred from my recently broken phone to my husbands old cell phone and they were happy to help. They were professional, knowledgeable and very friendly - even gave my two little girls cookies while we waited. What really blew me away, though, was that they didnt try to sell me anything! They didnt push me to upgrade early or expand my plan or suggest any additional gadgets that I dont really need. When it is time for me to upgrade (cant wait to get a Droid X) I will absolutely be giving this store my business!

By far best experience Ive ever had in a Verizon, the associates were incredibly helpful. Most times Ive gone into Verizon stores I had to wait like thirty minutes to even speak to someone, I walked into this one and was greeted as I came in and immediately taken care of. I was a little skeptic at first about signing a contract with a big cell phone company but these guys asked me what I was looking for and gave me exactly what I needed. They made me feel extremely comfortable and not pressured at all, which is very uncommon in places like this. Definitely only going to this location from now on.

This store provides the superb, personalized customer service. I have been using this store for eight years. There is no question too small and they take care of each customer as if it was their relative. Their staff, especially PJ and Yvette are experts on the phones they sale. They always coach us on how to use our phone and set it up to maximize features that are important for our individual needs. All the staff are very friendly and professional and provide exemplary customer service.

PJ went above and beyond! He got both my husband and I phones from two different stores and then stayed late so we wouldnt have to come back the next day. NO ONE does that, except PJ! I switched from another carrier that I have been with for almost 20 years. I have no regrets, it was my best decision yet. This will be my go to store, because no question is to small. He is Fabulous and this is the best customer service I have ever received bar none. Keep being amazing PJ!

I stopped getting emails on my phone. It was also slow and unresponsive much of the time. Not wanting to do a hard reset, I took my phone into the Verizon store at the front of Kingwood and PJ greeted me at the desk. He worked on my phone for about 30 minutes and did several different things and made many suggestions on how to keep my phone running smoothly. He was very helpful, patient and took care of my problem. Yeah!

Verizon Wireless has consistently been an excellent company to deal with. On this occasion PJ Singh and his co-workers went above and beyond to help me with the purchase of two new phones. In fact Mr. Singh drove several miles to pick my phones up and he and other staff stayed late to activate them. As if that wasnt enough, they were able to reduce my monthly fees. Talk about customer service!!!

One of the best customer service experiences I have had thus far. You get one on one customer service with a personal touch. These guys offer a wide variety of cellular products and are always willing to special order items if they dont have it in stock at the moment. I get extra discounts from time to time from the manager for being a regular. Overall very satisfied!

PJ, the manager of the Kingwood, Texas Verizonwireless store was outstanding! He got me into the plan and phone I wanted at the best price and was so patient and kind. He was not hurried and was took the time to tell me what plan and phone would be the best price for me! I highly recommend to go the his store when you need a phone!
