The WORST experience ever. Needed to replace ipad mini screen from cracks and when I picked it up it was sloppy work. Goo all over the screen and back. I and the home button wasnt even installed back straight. Came back the following day and the screen was blurry and not clear like i brought it in. Manager stated they would replace screen again, got a call later that night asking if they could put a black face on my white ipad.. really? Was so aggravated because I was going out of town the following morning and needed it. When I got there I was told they replaced a part to "see" if it would make the screen clear. Not only did they replace the part that controlled the brightness of my screen, they did it WITHOUT my consent. NOT HAPPY! They finally put white face on and it still was the worst job ever. I took my ipad because I was over dealing with them. Now my ipad has lines going across the screen. I brought ipad in to get my new (only had it a few months) ipad cracked screen replaced and left with a scratched, dull ipad mini. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

When I was traveling through Texas, I dropped my phone out of a cab and cracked the screen so badly that I couldnt use it. I panicked and thought Id have to find the nearest Verizon store to get a new one. But anyone who has an iPhone knows how expensive they are! My friend that was with me looked up this company and when I called, they said to bring it in and they could fix it in under 30 minutes! I was so stoked but suspicious at first. Once I got there, I realized how professional these guys were. They went right to work and knew exactly what they were doing like they do hundreds of these a day. They were right, the screen was fixed and exactly like new in 30 minutes. The best part is that it hasnt broken again and its been months. This service is great and I would recommend it to others. You cant beat the service and quality for this price.

Horrible experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TAKING A GAME CONSOLE IN FOR REPAIR. It took months (im not embellishing, literally months) to resolve a PS3 repair. They arent very good communicators. Dont plan on getting phone calls when youre promised to be called. After months of cat and mouse business, they finally offered to buy me a used PS3 just like the one they fixed, and then un-fixed. I agreed, but of course after telling them specifically my PS3 had 4 USB ports and was the original 60GB system, they F-ed that up too. So now after two months of cat and mouse business and over $100 down the drain, I have a used lower model of a PS3 that had dirt on the controller. What a joke. Ill never do business there again.

The staff at Gadget MD were very helpful. Our son cracked his screen on his phone and we took it to a kiosk at the mall to have it fixed. Within a week the cheap glue that was used at the mall started to bubble up inside and the screen cracked. The mall kiosk would not replace the shoddy work that was done. So, we went to Gadget MD and they fixed the screen and the the LCD. The cost was reasonable, but I wish I had taken his phone there first. They were very easy to work with and had it fixed in one afternoon. It is one month later and there are not any problems with the repair from Gadget MD.

Terrible service and complete waste of money. I took my daughters iphone in for repair of cracked screen. $150. 3 weeks and 2 days later, we started getting zig-zag lines across the screen. They said it was a different issue and wanted another $140 to fix. I said forget it and took to the apple store where they told me the Gadet MD screen was defective. I tried to work it out with Gadet MD and they said no. So I got completely ripped off of $150. So dont waste your time and money. Just spend the 2 hours and go to the apple store

I just have to say that these people saved my life. I had a cracked screen and I wasnt eligible for an upgrade. I was referred by a friend to just have it repaired I was thinking it would be too much but to my surprise for an affordable charge I got my phone fixed in like 30 minutes!! The customer service is great Im so glad that I did not have to wait and its convenient for me since I live in Kingwood. I highly recommend Gadget MD, if you break your phone they will have it fixed.

These guys are knowledgeable and affordable, and they get the job done! Several years ago, I owned a MyTouch Slide and the glass cracked. Gadget MD replaced the screen in a matter of minutes. Then, I graduated to the iPhone 4s, cracked the screen, and same great results. Recently, my wife dropped her iPhone 5, which cracked the screen and broke the speaker earpiece. Gadget MD repaired both issues, quickly, and at a very fair price. I HIGHLY Recommend these guys!

I went 3 times to gadget md because they did not fix the screen correctly. When they did fix it I leaned against my car door and it cracked, and they were to charge me $150 for another repair. very cheap product. same thing happened to my iPad when I got it fixed. I eventually went to a store in the mall and got it fixed for a cheaper price and a better product. Do not recommend !!!

I cracked my iPhone 5C screen and went to have it repaired. I checked around for prices and Gadget MD was the lowest I found and also the quickest repair time. The customer service was great and they didnt get annoyed at the dumb questions I called to ask about even before I took my phone in! Great people. Great service. I highly recommend Gadget MD Kingwood!

I went there about a month ago to have my shattered Samsung 5s screen replaced. Took it home and within minutes I noticed the screen wasnt secured down so I called and took it back. To this day it still isnt secured on. Waste of a huge chunk of money. I should have took that money and put towards a new phone. Dont take anything there to be fixed.

They fixed the screen but within a few hours, my phone is glitching. It wont respond to my touch on certain spots, or i will click on the left side of the screen and someone thing on the right will respond instead. And within a day the new screen cracked. I paid $110 for a glitchy, cheap Chinese phone screen replacement. do not go here.

Yes, when I broke my screen they did Fix it but with both my iPad and my iPhone both has cracked again with the slightest fall. With my phone it has cracked and scratched to the extreme with this new screen. And on top, the top left corner pops in and out. The service was nice the pice was ok but the end product was lacking.

I had an excellent experience with Yvette at Gadget MD. She was prompt, knowledgeable, and very detail oriented. I was particular about the placement of the glass in the bezel on my iPhone 5S. It was done to factory quality. The price of $100 was extremely reasonable as was the one hour service. Highly recommended.
