Adrian is the man. He and his team worked hard for my wife and me in expediting the backordered unfinished white oak flooring we purchased. It was through consistent phone calls and messaging their distribution on the east coast and the vendor supplying the material to track it down once landed and get to the NW Houston store location as quickly as possible. Once it arrived, Adrian and Steve even went so far as to help me manually load by hand half of the order into a U-Haul, about 3,000 lbs of solid wood, with smiles on their faces. Needless to say, Lumber Liquidators is the flooring partner of choice for any of our hardwood needs going forward. Thanks so much Adrian, Zana, Jorge and Steve!

I have purchased a few rounds of wood flooring from this location over the years. The people have always been nice, the product has always been great for the price. Highly recommend. My last round they had a new manager I got to deal with and he was great. Deserves a bonus, he was working harder than most ppl, especially for such a labor intensive position. In case you dont know, if you buy and someone loads your truck, tip them a few bucks. They are out there all day moving this heavy wood in our Texas heat.
