I bought an ebook for $130, which stopped allowing me to log in after the 2nd week. At first I tried tech support but no one could help. The problem affected multiple classmates and even the dean knew about it. Pearson, the company the made the ebook, says refunds are given at the point of purchase. The refund period at the bookstore was about a week, but I explained the book did not work at all and, if they can accept my money for the purchase, they should have to assume responsibility for the products they decide to sell not working. The manager said there was nothing he could do for me and that I was basically out of luck. Eventually I figured a solution on my own but with absolutely no help from Pearsons online tech support or the Lone Star bookstore

Professor are good but for some reason financial aid is slow. I literally been waiting her since 12:00 it now 1:42 pm and there was only one person in front of me. Maybe a supervisor should have a meeting with the FRONT DESK STAFF. Not to mention when I got here they guy gave me a the wrong forms to fill out and then put me on the wrong waiting list. These people need to be better trained.

This college is not helpful at all. I asked questions about where their sister college was and they said to just Google it. There was no assistance whatsoever. Horrible people. A rock would have been more helpful. I am done with this college.
