I had a horrible experience at this retail establishment. A friend of mine wanted to check out the item she was gonna buy. A school girl outfit. As a Consumer we like to see what we are paying our hard earned money on Right? Anyways the lady that was working noticed my friend taking the outfit out the packaging. So she approached her saying She not allowed to do so. Well my friend explained to her that she just wanted to see the material, and the worker said OK. At the same time she had tried to tell it her was against store policy. So she put the item back inside the packaging and continued to shop around. Meanwhile Im just checking stuff out just because I was there for my friend. I was looking at the shoes and noticed they didnt have my size. So I went to the worker asking if they order the size of my shoe. She replied no, but then started to tell me that since my friend opened the package the "Cameras" put out a red alert. She was saying that We were stealing!! I was so caught off guard. Mind you we didnt have purses with us. My friend gave the worker her purse as soon as she walked into the store just for assurance. They lady was saying that we couldnt leave until the police came. I was so angry! I stayed calm because I knew we had done nothing wrong. There was no sign in the store saying dont open items. Me myself didnt touch anything in the store. Eventually the worker knew we didnt steal anything and let us leave. I will never in my life return to this store or any of their locations. I believe we were discriminated and thats wrong!

I Dont usually leave reviews for places. But I just have to say this about this place.... I have been to Katz three times and all three times Ive had the best service! The staff is super helpful and friendly. I have been to other novelty shops, in and around the Houston area and none have the customer service like this place. They have everything you can imagine! Its bright, "clean", brand new, and smells greally good in the store. And the prices are great too.. I leave Katz happy. So I just wanted to let Katz emplyees know that Im going to keep coming back because of your friendly and welcoming customer service. Thank You!! Heather

This store has came along way I am a dedicated customer of Katz boutique and I must say the store , staff and product have upgraded so much. I have never been greeted and approached with customer service at this location by my job, but now I ended up revisitng and spending more because I received more information on the product & felt comfortable. Thank you Katz Boutique I had a wonderful experience at your 1960 , West Rd and now Chimney Rock location the woman there make it worth coming in and I will be back after my experience here. Go check the place out they have the best toys!

Ive shopped here a few times and never had a problem until today. I was in there for 5 minutes and asked a guy to check on a size in the back. He comes out with who I assume is the manager. She was rude from the begining. Instead of simply saying "Im sorry but we dont have your size" she proceeds to give me attitude and say that it wouldnt fit anyway because my chest is too small. Horrid woman who should NOT be running a mop on the floor let alone a store. Will not spend another penny here until she is gone. Was planning on buying a few items, but instead walked right out.

This Marisol person left a post for every Katz Boutique, sounds like a disgruntled employee. I have been to this store over 20 times and have not been disappointed yet. Very clean, great manager (Fabian?) Comparable prices. If your toy broke Marisol, blame the manufacturer, or dont be so rough with your toys...

Good selection, but the location closer to Kirby is bigger and better. This smaller location is cool, though. Plus, it is clean! They have a decent enough toy and accessory section, but if looking for specifics I would recommend calling first.

Came here after shopping around othr stores like this so far I like this one ! Employees are nice i shop at the one on highway 6 nd kirby too. LOVE IT !!! Great prices Wish it had more though !
