I went in to buy a long line bra for my wedding dress. I was rushed into a dressing room and not even measured. The sales lady based my size on the current bra I was wearing. She helped me find the best size for me but there was only one style to choose from. She kept saying that I could go home and try it on with my dress and see if I liked it. When I got home I didnt like it and went back to return it. Tags on and everything, I was told they would only give me store credit and not my $96 I paid for it. I didnt want credit as they have very limited choices of bras but requested to get my money back. They gave me some health code law reason about not being able to return which made no sense because I only tried the bra on and didnt take off the tags or anything like that. They then said that they just dont issue money back and this is listed on the receipt. However, this policy is not listed anywhere that is visible to customers. Dont shop here. If you still need a bra, go to Amazon and search for Dominique Style 8949 bra. It is the same and only bra they sell there and they swear it is the best but its $20 cheaper on Amazon and you can always return it if you dont like it.

There may be some women who enjoy the elitist atmosphere of this boutique, but not me. The store itself is very nice although it could use a good cleaning. True, there are a lot of options as far as bras and at times there are decent items of clothing but good lord..the owner and the manager have got to be two of the most ill bred women I have ever come across in my life. Just browsing in the store and listening to the owner and manager gossip to one another about customers is atrocious not to mention the owner speaking (in a loud voice mind you) down to her employees is just mind boggling. I dont care what this store has to offer as far as merchandise or how nifty it is that they can fit you. The atmosphere turns my stomach. Fortunately one of the other ladies browsing who also witnessed everything as I did that day, mentioned a new boutique called Nancys in League City. I followed her out and we both went to Nancys and I absolutely loved the experience. Nancy is a very nice down to earth LADY and you can trust she has won my business both with her outstanding merchandise, her calm and sweet demeanor and her expertise. Never again for La De Da!

WOW. Thats all there is to say about this place. Not only was the corset, panties, robes and other things I bought just wonderful - the customer service was incredible. I actually never even picked something out myself. The sales person ran all over the store picking things out for me to try. She just looked at me and knew all my sizes. It was amazing. She even dressed me! So luxurious. Every time I stepped out of the dressing room to show my husband - everyone just loved the things that she picked. I loved them too. Im not sure how she automatically knew what I liked and my taste in lingerie, but she just knew with only a few words of explanation from me. Everyone in the store is extremely positive and encouraging. I dont care if these people sold used underwear on the side of the road - just the way they made me feel - I would return to them to buy anything. And my visit was actually over a week ago - Im still glowing. Thank you so much!

I was in a serious bind looking for a corset for under my wedding dress for my wedding in a month! My maid of honor and I had looked EVERYWHERE and could not find anything... Thankfully, the owner of La De Da helped us out and was able to both get us in amazing corsets! I had always pictured what I wanted but through months of looking wasnt able to find anything.. the one I got is sexy, yet still fulfills its purpose and most of all - comfortable. The owner was so funny and helpful and made us feel extremely welcome, plus, she was able to measure us immediately and grabbed the right sizes right off the bat! Very impressed with the level of service that we were offered and also with my purchase! Cant wait to wear it on the wedding day :) We will be returning to purchase more when we have more time to shop around!

A good friend told me about La De Da and so I went. I will never shop anywhere else for bras. I love Charlene and Andrea they are so sweet and make you feel beautiful. I always walk out of there feeling good about myself and loving what ever I have bought. I dont think my daughter has ever been anywhere else to by a bra. I took my mother there one year for her birthday and she still talks about how great it was to get a bra that fits. I didnt know what a good bra perfectly fitted felt like until I went to my first fitting at La De Da. I havent once gone in there knowing what I wanted and somehow they magically know what I will love. It is nice to shop somewhere where they know the meaning of good service. I always have a wonderful shopping experience.

I wear an odd size. After doing some searching online, I decided to take a look here. At first I was very shocked by the sales lady coming into the dressing room with me, but after having her find a well fitting bra for me I understood that it was a great help having someone so well informed in the dressing room with me. But sadly, I was VERY SURPRISED by the PRICE! After realizing that I could only afforded one new bra (after trying on a few that I really like) I felt VERY pressured by the sales lady to purchase more than I could afford. I bought the one bra and here I am two years later, still wearing it! I do plan to return to the shop to buy a new bra from them.

I went to the 10 YR Anniversary Open house. There were No Door Prizes or Gifts As Advertised in the Hand Written sign in the front window. Staff was Very Rude! Including the Owner herself. I have Never been treated So Rudely while Shopping. Not to mention she rung me Up wrong after I explained to her exactly what I wanted, then it was a Bother to Refund my money & Ring me Up Correctly. I Will Never Go there again & I would Not recommend La De Da to anyone. I Did see the Owner herself wrote a review about Being Fitted for a Wedding On another Review website... They were just Not Customer friendly.

Professional know how and wonderful service. Obvious negative remarks sound like a competitor plant. These people have been at this for many years and it shows. I always feel comfortable in this store and will never shop anywhere else. Admittedly I have tried other stores and regretted it and wasted my money in doing so. Truth in the saying "you get what you pay for". I must say the selection of manufacturers in this tiny store is amazing. Other stores dont have nearly the choices. Make your own decision but if you go anywhere else youre making a mistake. Thanks La De Da!
