I agree with all but one review! I remember when the man was working from home, very nice and respectful. I guess hes making so much money that he feels that hes in HIGH DEMAND! THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL as if youre requesting something for FREE! I wont recommend anyone for their services unless you are comfortable displaying negative behavior!! Im giving one star because it wouldnt allow me to give NONE!!!

The owner is very rude. When you ask him a question he responds like you are ignorant. He does not know how to run a business and does not know how to appreciate customers he speaks to customer as if he was giving shirts for free. He talks over you veryyy veryyy rude please do not get service with them you will regret it so much.

Customer service at this place sucks. I dropped off my shirts Monday to get embroidered and Friday came and they still were not ready after being told they would be several times throughout the week. Find another place to do business please.
