The staff here is terribly rude. I was waiting in line and two separate people where question about whether or not they switched the cashier had another employee go check the product on the shelf and it was priced correctly by their own staff. The two people in front of me paid with cash I was trying to pay with my debit card and their debit card machine would not read my card I just got to Michaels across the street and the Jo-Ann craft store across the street without issue. So after seeing the machine say card swipe Miss read she said to me I must not have any money on my card. I waited for the manager the people behind me waiting for the manager and the manager never came so I walked out. I will stick to the one by my house at 45 South and Wayside.

The staff is rude an inexperience plus lacking a fitting room makes it bad. Their no exchange policy on clearances is stupid, for the simple fact. An item was purchased one day brought back the next because it can only fit a child an not an adult yet sold for adults. They were dickies an Wal-Mart item in size 18 but having no fitting room it had to be done home an it was not fitting, because only a young girl can wear it. The store refuse to exchange or do anything to remedy the situation as smarter exact the employee just said it cannot be exchanged an walked away such rudeness an unprofessional behaviour . Stores like this should not be able to operate like this so I am going to make some reports to higher authorites.

Lots of choices for a discount store. No fitting room and sizes arent always correct so it can be difficult to find a true deal. Staff isnt overly friendly or helpful.
