I fixed my own bathroom sink stopper! It was a bit more complicated than I thought but the man in plumbing area patiently showed me the parts I needed and showed me how to undo the p-trap from sink. I went back thinking I needed a second part but the same man gave me the same demonstration, then I realized what I did wrong. Went back home and fixed my sink for under $20.00. GREAT SERVICE! THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE ON HOW YOU ENCOURAGED ME THAT IT WAS EASY TO FIX.

09 Jan 2010 . This store now has a Hardware Man with over 40 years experience in hardware. I had a problem in finding the proper fittings for hooking up an antique gas wall heater. Home Depot, Ace Hardware and a professional plumbing parts store could not help. Toms man understood the problem and took the time to find the right parts needed. Ill shop there first next time.
