Extremely UPSET and DISAPPOINTED in this HOME DEPOT!!! My family and I were victims of the flood in Houston in May 2016. I ordered a front door on July 16, 2016, with a delivery date of August 12, 2016. It is now August 17, 2016 and my door has still not arrived and Corey informed me (after calling for days) that my door is not due to ship out until August 22, 2016!! Clare sold me the door and guaranteed me a two week delivery date. Corey, the Manager apologized and told me that the door was at least 28 days out from my order......RIDICULOUS!!!!! Who orders a door and expects to wait over a month for it? Had I known that it was going to take this long I definitely would have shopped elsewhere!! BUYER BEWARE WHEN ORDERING ANYTHING CUSTOM MADE FROM THIS STORE!!!! I am extremely disappointed in you HOME DEPOT!! (INSERT 10 ANGRY RED FACE EMOJIS HERE)

We had just moved to the area and are closer to a Lowes but since we have been going to home depots in other areas for years we figured we would drive the little extra distance to know that we were getting exactly what we needed. Problem was, the people who work at this location seem to know less than we did about home renovations (mainly flooring install). At other home depot locations the "flooring expert" was exactly that, alwasy helpful, answering questions, providing tips, and alwasy knew where to find what we needed. At this location the employees all seem like its their first day, never know the answer to any questions and dont help try to find out the answer or provide assistance in any way. But product wise, they always have the correct brands and tools we need so its a catch 22.

This one of the worst HD stores around. An older store it is often dirty and understocked and the staff is generally very unhelpful. Today I stopped in to get a gallon of paint and some other items. I went to the paint section first, I was the only person at the counter. I told the lady what I needed and went to get my other items. Went to Electrical and they only had 3 out of 4 items with the 4th one completly out of stock. Went to plumbing and also what I needed was out of stock. Went back to the paint dept after 25 minutes and the lady was no where to be found and hadnt even started my order yet. What a worthless store. Lowes is up the freeway and way more helpful and also another better Home Depot in Porter to the north. Will not go here again.

This is a review for their garden center. I called ahead trying to see if they had a specific plant. I spoke with their expert Ken and he was very personable and helpful over the phone. I ended up stopping by and asked to see one of the experts for the phone reason. The cashier called in for one and Ken jumped in for it as soon as he recognized me (I guess I was the only one asking for butterfly specific plants). I really appreciated the care he showed in helping me with my project. I gotta say that the whole staff in the garden center was friendly and helpful. Ken and (I am sorry I dont remember her name) the cashier that day made me and my family feel so welcome, I plan to take my business there again!

very bad Experience! i just bought a sidling door. no one at this store will help me load the door. the Assistant Manager seen me trying to load the sliding door and just look at me and walk away. did not ask if i need help to load the door on my truck. did not ask if he can get someone to help me. "JUST WALK AWAY ! " i will not go back to this Home Depot. if you like home depot like i do go to the home depot 59 and 1969. There i bought the door and the Assis. manager seen me try to load the door on a cart from in front of the store. and stop what he was doing and help me load it on a cart and made got help to load the door on the truck i had. Now thats great service.

Visited this store last night looking for a washer/dryer. Two gentlemen helped me and made my experience a wonderful one. Ray was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product and (cant remember the other guys name) but they worked as a team and made my experience an excellent experience. I will look for them next time I visit. One thing though, I visited two home depot stores yesterday and the temperature at the store was sooooo uncomfortable. I thought I was going to pass out!!!! I just wanted to leave after about 10 minutes - it was around 7:30-8:00 p.m. I did leave the 1st store. It was too hot in there. Do you realize this is Houston?

Very Bad experience with the Assistant Manager Tammy. Returned a couple of items with a receipt. I purchased the original items with Cash and got store credit only. Was forced to get store credit ONLY. I will never shop at this location. Its not right when you use cash that you can only get store credit. What happened to good customer service? When you have 15 employees standing around up front and all of the buggies or carts are in the parking lot. Terrible place to spend your hard earned money. Terrible Customer Service should not be a standard. Shop at Lowes

Customer service one of the worst. Waited hr to get help in lighting DEPT. After numerous page still no help . Larry Manger on duty was rude and showed no concern. In return tells me he is trying to help me. His way of helping me was by tell me the item i was looking to get was not in stock but it was . This is not the only time he told me so .to home depot management plz hire friendly knowledgeable help. By the way the assistant manager Tammy is also very rude and clueless. I wonder how she got the position.

Outstanding customer service award for July goes to Karina. Three times in the last 2 weeks we had tried to find an an item that I needed. No one could find any, but the computer showed that they had two on hand. She must have searched every nook and cranny and half the store but she did find them squirreled away. Thank you Karina. Your experience can range from bad to very good. It really depends on who you work with. Some are very knowledgeable, some are very helpful, and some are neither.

I give this this home depot 5 stars i just stop here for my 4th of july sale shopping.A man named KEN went out of his way to help us to find everything we needed and get us the best prices. He gave us his opinions. He was working really hard alternating customers but full of energy and a smile. We also were helped by 2 other men, unfortunately i dont remember their names but, they were very nice and caring. If a manager reads this ken deserves a bonus or something. Thank you.

This place is probably the worst home depot I have ever been to. No assistance. Ever. If you know what you want and where to find it you will be alright. Returns is one register at the entrance with no rhyme or reason of a line. The person working it is completely overworked every time I have visited this store. Plenty of other employees standing around in the main hallway though by the cash registers.
