If you buy lumber here, just know that the tall old man with glasses will pick the worst pieces of lumber in stock to try to give to you. This store makes you pay up front for lumber and then an employee will go pull it from the back storeroom. So make sure you request to pick your own lumber. That old man with the glasses truly doesnt give a f*** about the quality of your lumber.

Hmmm the customer service could be improved at this store. I hate when hourly people drag down an owners hard earned business because they truly dont care. The inside was dusty and dirty. The hours of operation are also not properly listed on Google. It states it closes at 6:00 pm, but it actually closes at 5:30 during the work week.

This business has people answering the telephone who have horrible telephone manners. I have called several times asking whether something is in stock and related details and have had to endure some nasty attitudes that I dont care for from people who want my money.
