I can attest to previous statements as to the absolutely poor quality of customer service at this location. Spent approximately 2 hours trying to buy a riding mower and trailer - so much paperwork, no one seemed to know how to do ANY of it, everyone seemed more interested in pointing fingers and saying "That is the other departments responsibility, youll have to talk to them". Phone rang CONSTANTLY while I was there, and rarely did I see anyone bother to interrupt whatever they were doing (often rather trivial, in comparison) to ever answer it. Even after all was said and done, they did not complete the important sections needed to register the trailer. Had to go to the local Home Depot and practically beg them to take care of it (they were understandably hesitant, as its signing off on a different stores transaction) - and then another part of the paperwork was filled out incorrectly, so that it caused even more issues when registering. Nothing was streamlined. Not paperwork, nor process of sale, not follow-through on the sale. Departments pointed fingers when it came to assembling the trailer tailgate (no one wanted to do it). Its a shame that the local store sold the last mower and trailer that I wanted to buy - this would have been so much nicer a transaction here. Tyler - hire more people. Stop trying to shave the bottom line by not having enough people on your sales floor. Workers will go into a self-defense when it comes to being overworked. "I cant give a flying fig, or Ill have a stroke" (and theyre not wrong). These issues are the sole responsibility and fault of Tyler MANAGEMENT, not the sales people. Corporate can be held to blame as well, as theyve not addressed these issues that people have been complaining of for YEARS.

I purchase a product at the Tyler Home Depot and upon opening it discovered that it was used. It was a weed eater, the packing material was missing and the handle which was exposed at the opening of the box clearly had mud on it. I chose then not to remove it from the box but to leave it as it was to return it to the store for an exchange. I sent my daughter back to the store with the weed-eater and a copy of the charge on my American Express. The salesman was very helpful and saw 3 of the weed-eaters in the computer but could not locate them in store. My daughter returned to the service desk to request a gift card since she could not exchange. The female associate at the service desk was extremely rude and asked my daughter "How do I know that you did not use this yourself and break it" and refused to give a gift card, refund, or credit back the charge to the card. Had not 2 other employees stepped in she was willing to let my daughter leave unhappy with a used product that we had purchased as new. Upon learning this I called the Tyler store and was put on hold for 15 minutes to wait for a manager only to be spoken to another sales associate who offered to take my name and number. I voiced my complaint with him but I am very dissatisfied and I will do my future shopping elswhere

I walked in to the Tyler store and was needing a Ridgid impact and drill. I looked on the Shelf for the product that I wanted and the product was empty. I walked around for 30 minutes looking for somebody to help instead I walked up one of the orange ladders to see if the one that was up in the overhead was the same as on the Shelf. It was not. It was the combo set for $99 that I wanted but when I finally found some help it was the higher-priced combo set. The gentlemen help me could not scan the product to see if there was any in stock because he did not have a device on him. If I did not need the drill or the impact I would have walked out instead I had to buy the higher price because nobody could help me find or tell me if they even had any in stock.

Terrible customer service! Brought a tool in to be sent off for repair; was told it was their busy season and would take four weeks to be sent off and would be another four weeks before it would be returned. I said thats fine just needed it fixed (would have bought another to use in the meantime). Was then told I would have to bring it in first thing when they opened the next morning because the tool manager would be there then. Asked if the Terrell location was the same and was told I should go there for assistance.

Clean, well laid-out store full of subject matter experts in every section ready to help if they even detect the slightest signal of confusion from shopping customers and provide the best assistance. The lady who helped us actually prevented us from buying an expensive fixture we didnt need and found a better one for less money. On top of that, they give a nice 10% veteran discount, which was like icing on the cake. This is one of the better Home Depots. Would definitely recommend.

Go to McCoys you will be in-and-out under 30min and wont even leave your truck. Not a very well organized Homdepot. Have to call 10 times, loaders just walk around and say "man were so busy" and then go help another loader pick up a 2x4 because "he needs help" and if it takes a fork lift, you will see four, count them (((4))) guys standing there... never In my life... But Its not the fault of the helper/loaders, management doesnt have a clue what they are doing.

Worst customer service ever. Brought a riding lawn mower... delivered it one day late after being charge $65 for delivery. belt broke within the first 50 yards...passed from person to person trying to get anyone to come fix it and was finally told to call a repair shop (not acceptable) so returned the mower the next day for refund needless to say they would not refund the delivery fee WILL NEVER BE BACK TO HOME DEPOT when down the road and brought a mower

I came to store because of how they advertise that they support the military, well the way I was treated you could have sworn I was a member of ISIS! I came in to purchase a few appliances but when I had to deal with the RUDE inconsiderate person named KP I was ready to scream! Trust me, im just sticking with LOWES or SEARS!

No matter which paint color you pick they will tell you the only color they can mix it in just happens to be the most expensive paint in the store. They can color match a sample in any brand, why cant they mix a paint color in any brand - WalMart can. Its simply a way to make you buy expensive paint.

My wife and I were in need of a new washer and dryer for our new home. Raymond Morgan was the person who had helped us and we were extremely happy with his customer service. Raymond was up front and honest about the product. If you ever are in need of appliances ask for Raymond. Thanks again!
