"Toyz store" located at 555 Almeda Mall, suite 712 has the worst service ever they sold me defective light up shoes paid $65.00 for the shoes and they stopped working in three days the policy of the store says if defective toy within the 7 days of receipt in original box bring back for exchange, well we did we only had the shoes for 3 days and the guy there gave us hell! he said No Refunds, Exchanges and that No warranty for the Item. We explained that the item stopped working after the three days that my daughter was able to use them only once. when taken the item back they told us we had to pay for repair because the item needed repair, this is a Lie the shoe was defective and they just wanted more money. We are Unhappy customers and will spread the word out to our friends and family as everyone wanted to buy these shoes. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!

Dont expect much from this mall. (hey, most malls are fading nowadays) Stopped by to wait out the rush hour traffic. The main store is Macys and probably Palis Royale, too. There arent many known stores at this mall and seems practically empty. The only good thing has to be the Macys store. Looks renovated and modern. I will say it was very clean and organized. The restrooms were clean and tidy. I would only come back to this mall for this store (Macys) whenever Im in the area since I dont live close to it. The employees I interacted with were courteous and friendly. Smiled and Greeted. Only one and that was in the mens shoe department. Was probably a bad day, me dunno. But definitely wouldnt say not to go here.

Cant believe Im writing the first review! This mall have been here for years... over time less and less people stop shopping here. But I still really love it because to its less crowded know matter what time or day you shop. Yall sleeping on almeda mall! Gyros sandwich shop? Omg! They have the best toasted philly Cheesesteak with fries.. perfect to me with bell pepper, onion and a pickle spear on the side. I come here monthly to Burlingtons, underground station, champs, Macys, 9.99 shoe store and etc! Hibert sports have the best inventory of shoes to me. I dont have to get a ticket or wait in a line for some darn shoes. I pop up when I pull up.

Theres almost no modern stores here, for that reason I dont consider it a "mall." Just go to Baybrook. However, there are several local shops if that is what youre looking for and plenty of mens/ladies jewelry kiosks. If you read the store directory, youll see what I mean. Never any crowds but service lines can still be quite long.

Went there someday at 9:00 pm to pick up online order at macys and found that almost all stores were already closed. My phone was nearly out of juicy and I really needed the Google map to get home. Fortunately a security guy called Howard came to my rescue and let me charge my phone in his office. Thank you, Howard.

9/25/16 There was 3 Young girls, at the store Claires, and they where getting distracted by 2 guys and didnt cared about how we are and if we are looking for something specific, but NO there where giggling and not working with all the mess the Jewelry had, IM not going again to that store if those 3 girl are there!!

3 stars and they all go to Macys, park my car right in front so I can get out stat. I go there mainly when I am having a makeup criss and I need to makeup, well dont hate cause I like to take care of myself. The mall itself enter at your own risk and I sure am not.

Its ok the perfume is fake...you pay 200.00..for exspensive...perfume..the sample smells great ....you take yours home no smell nothing....and black friday...3 stores...had the same blk boots priced...different....and same boots at a discount store...

Terrible, terrible place to go shopping. Very old and outdated. If it wasnt for the anchor department store and abundance of athletic shoe shops, this place would be closed down. Parking lot is not well lit in areas, so try not to go there after dark.

Please be careful where you park your vehicle. We got out of the mall and bam we saw a huge scratch on the car. Thankfully the security there is really friendly and they checked their cameras and gave us the licence plate of the person that hit us.

Small mall, but very busy. Main stores are Macy and Burlington Coat Factory. Inside mall has a wide selection of smaller retail and Jewelry stores. If youre hungry, there are a variety of places to eat. Location accessible to Beltway 8 & I-45.

I like Almeda Mall. Shopping Center very Clean. New updates such as food court. Childrensbplay area at end bu Burlington. Parents cand sit at rest area and watch Children enjoy playing. Walking in air conditioned indoors. CLEAN♡

Compared to the Galleria, Sugarland Town Center, and Baybrook Mall the Almeda Mall is significantly inferior with less store options. They do have a lot of good deals on clothing though and some good sporting memorabilia stores.

This place looked and felt rundown. The food court was dirty and one of the food handlers was cleaning the counters with his appron. The restrooms were also dirty and had very big hinge gaps which offered little to no privacy.

Love it ! After visiting Almeda mall my expectation for customer service has raised and now everywhere I go its like how rude they didnt even tell me good morning or smile at me but at Macys they make me feel welcomed

Quiet mall and less popular than others due to its location and lack of pizazz. However, for that reason its not a bad mall. Its less crowded, and always has some parking available with shorter checkout lines.

This mall is on its last leg. Its old, run down. Macys and Lids are the ONLY positive. Unless youre shopping for shoes and Mexican flea market type clothing. Ghetto would be the word to best describe it.

Watch your back when you are shopping here. I felt like i was going to be robbed by any second. And yes, knock offs of knocks offs. Nothing fancy here i recommend Baybrook, or the outlet at tanger.

This mall has come a long way and I am really impressed. Theres quite a few new stores and I saw security and cleaning crew everywhere, which showed this mall is a wonderful place to shop.

Almeda mall isnt what it used to be.... But, I just went to the great american cookie to get those delicious cream cheese brownies! As long as they are there i will keep coming back

Better than I remembered as a teen. I havent been back in years but upon a recent trip to pick up scrubs I was pleasantly surprised to find the place is not packed anymore.
