Mall management was very professional in handling my complaint with Glam Accessories. Glam Accessories customer service is not very satisfactory when it comes to making things right with the customer because of their low quality workmanship. They chose to save $15 so they wouldnt lose any money instead of going the extra mile and keep the customer returning with rave reviews. They saved their $15 but Im making sure people know that they dont qualify their world. Worst place i been to.

Its a mall. Many malls are going the way of the dodo. Old Navy pulled out, and other than JC Penney there are not many stores I care to visit. The stores that are there are over priced. There are a couple of restaurants, but not a real "food court". There is a Chick-fil-A which is the only place we eat there. The main corridors are narrow so youre always getting stuck behind slow people.

Broadway Square Mall has a great collection of stores, the one draw back is that my friend and I couldnt shop together. She wears a 2X, and they have no stores besides JCPenny with plus size options. Which was a bit discouraging that I was the only one that could shop. We had to go to the Village at Cumberland. (Tyler,TX) They had more stores that cater to all sizes.

Im not much of a mall rat. Nor am I big on shopping centers. It is nice, however, to be able to go and enjoy a traditional mall when so many around the country are closed. Its fortunate this one was built in the center of town. There are a good selection of stores. A few really nice ones, as well as, the traditional Pennys etc. It really is well kept and clean.

Many upscale new shops. 5 to 10 shops moved to The Shops at Cumberland Road. Replaced by new stores to Tyler. Nice selection. Nicely finished, marble floors, clean, bright, open, upbeat, quality. Looked at Longviews Mall. The mall there is lower income shops, much the same stuff, oh well, not the quality, not as clean, less quality stores and construction.

Mall was built in the 1970s and has had a premium position in the Tyler market until 2 years ago. A new development has taken a number of shops from the mall, so many of your common mall stores will not be located in this building. The managment has been adding new stores and eateries to take the place of shops, including a Twisted Root Burger Company.

Love that its inside and air conditioning . The phone charging stations are really nice. My experience is and has been always pleasant. Please leave it the way it is and it has most stores that I would revisit. I miss old navy and I would go more but now its too far. I do look on line but you have to try your clothes on most of the time.

Not bad for a "small town" mall, stores are well kept and bathrooms are clean, I still cant stand the center isle salesmen always asking you to buy something, even though you just walked a twelve-foot-wide loop to avoid them...but thats prime real-estate and Im sure it makes the mall a lot of money, so who can complain?

They actually have shoes for me. A shoe for a 30 year lady with a size 7 foot lol. Na but it is way better than the outside looks. Stores have more selections. Clean and food is delicious. I pretty much almost left with the entire mall in bags

Nice shopping center, has pretty much all the stores you might need to complete your shopping needs for the family. My husband loves that James Avery has an exterior door so he doesnt have to actually go into the mall for my presents! lol

This is a small mall, but its nice. There is obviously not going to be a wide selection of stores and food, but there are s few good places and it is clean. A nice place to walk up and down once in a while.

I enjoy shopping here. Their Halloween for kids was fun. The Mongolian restaurant gives out free samples. Chic Fil A is there. Great American cookies is right where it needs to be- front and center.

Enclosed shopping experience. If you need to get out of the elements, a great place to shop. Several clothing shops to choose from. Three large department stores, Sears, JCPenney, Dillards.

The website said that the mall closes at 10:00 on Friday and Saturday! No they locked up at 9:00. Need to change the hours so people dont drive there to find out that the times are incorrect.

The clerks and secret shoppers in JC Penney were insultingly focused on me because I dress differently. Other than that, great shopping experience. Especially at Spencers and Earthbound.

Nice mall. Good variety of stores. Somewhat small for the area. Seems somewhat sterile and bland though, as far as the feel of it. Feels like it needs some new life breathed into it.

We dont go much, but its the only indoor mall in town so we shop it some. They are making improvements slowly so its getting better but it isnt the best mall Ive ever been to.

I like this little mall, i just wished they had more stores and to be a bigger mall. And also more choices to eat. I only like a few stores like 3 or 4. Overall i like it.

Its a small mall. You cant expect it to be 5-star quality, but for Tylers purposes, it gets the job done. All your basic mall stores and overall fairly clean.

I love the mall. They have done a lot of different things there lately. Papaya is one favorite. Along with Earthbound. Im glad they brought it back

Several newer renovations have been made to keep the mall updated, and its still a quality shopping destination and a good place to stroll indoors.

Wish they still had the fountain in the middle but I love our mall. I also wish there were more dining selections but the Chinese is really good.

Small, cookie cutter stores, nothing special. Gotta drive to Dallas to find better, upscale shops. But, for a town like Tyler, I guess it fits in.
