This mall has very few stores comparatively, a theater and bathrooms that need updating badly and few food choices. That being said, this place has some redeeming features. The massage parlor here is brimming with polite Orientals that know what theyre doing. The popcorn and hotdogs from the movie theater are very good (nearly my favorite). Baytowns last remaining Merle Norman resides here. Also, last but not least, the two competing Chinese food stalls in the food court have some of the best Chinese food in Baytown, and the BEST egg rolls in town.

Dangerous place to go. After Katrina hit Louisiana, a bunch of refugees were put in government housing near the mall. Within a couple weeks, the pants around the knees crowd had taken over. They ran off customers and stole so much, they put half the stores out of business.
