We enjoy shopping at Baybrook very much. Over the past few years they have added a lot of new stores and restaurants here and continue to do so still. These are very welcomed upgrades, especially with Tanger Outlets opening in Texas City a few years back. They have now been able to update the mall to introduce a fresh look and new stores that were never here before. Some of my favorite stores are Lids, Journeys, JC Penney, Vans, and Hot Topic to just name a few. And there are also plenty of stores here my wife enjoys as well such as Bath and Body Works, Charlotte Rousse, Rue 21 plus the places we can shop at for our young daughters. There are plenty of food options here and a few of my favorites are The Melt and Red Robin (Coming Soon!!). Finally one of my favorite new additions is the Star Cinema Grill! I use to always go to Baybrook to see movies when I was a kid when they still had the theater inside of the mall so this was a welcomed addition.

We were actually at Dennys, not the mall. Baybrook Mall is great and has improved over the last 30 years. Thus, the above rating is for Dennys at the mall. They dont have enough staff. They have a very high turnover of Dennys staff. They cant hold onto their employees. The management even has a high turnover. We usually never see ANY visible managers on duty. The waiters/waitresses dont have good skills, many are rude, they take breaks, leaving only one server for the entire restaurant and no manager on site, many times. The cook makes numerous mistakes or just doesnt care. Weve talked to the management when available and theyre always saying things will get better, but to no avail. Its disappointing that a family restaurant has to be this way.

While Baybrook has a great selection of stores and is always clean, the people who work the kiosks in the middle of the walkways have become extremely obnoxious and aggressive. While walking out of Macys yesterday, a man selling fragrances and skin care products tried to grab the strap on my purse to shove a sample in after I politely said "no thanks." Mall management needs to tell the kiosk workers that attempting to continue engaging customers after they have said "not interested" is harassment; and they definitely need to be warned to keep their hands off of patrons and their belongings. I like shopping at Baybrook as I can usually find what Im looking for, but being manhandled by mall employees makes me not want to go back.

Its our local mall. Theres something for everyone here. Seriously. Some places are definitely more expensive than others, obviously. With the new additions, theres even more things to do. Theres a great movie theatre/restaurant (Star Cinema Grill), the pizza there is great as are the fried pickles. The Starbucks has an amazing manager and fantastic shift lead along with a wonderful new staff member, that Im positive will not disappoint (once shes finished learning the ropes, of course). I personally really like the new parking building... I can park in the shade, yay! Its just great. I promise you, you will not be let down.

Theres an improving roster of stores. However, the kiosks . . . And the crowds. I do not go near this place at all between Thanksgiving and January 1. Just a personal preference because of how busy every store is, and I honestly avoid the inside if I can because I cant stand being harassed by the people selling stuff from the kiosks. The food court needs a major update. The added restaurants outside are nice, but whats up with the eternal caution tape and work going on around the green? I get the safety need, but its been a while. Time for a permanent fix. It looks crappy like that.

Ive been going to this mall since I was a kid. So over 24 years or so. One of my first jobs was in this mall. It has always kept uo with the times and seems to have good management or ownership. Feels like a safe place to shop. Well lit , good crowds , obvious security presence. All the new shopping and additions they have made are fantastic. Brings some really nice stores and diverse restaurants. Really enjoy walking around this mall with the kids. I wish the Tilt was still there , and Gloria Jeans coffee shop , but still a great place.

Lots of various stores. Scott at Rockport Shoes goes out of his way to make sure you are satisfied. Lots of food choices, inside the mall and in the surrounding area, to satisfy any palate. Can get crowded at times. The outside mall is very nice, too. Valet parking is available for the outside mall, or you can park in a covered garage, if you can find a space. I would like to see more of a security presence in the lots, though. Sales personnel, overall, are very nice and hospitable.

I have been visiting the Baybrook mall for over 20 years it has become the cornerstone of this community of Webster and the edge of Houston finest mall’s This particular mall offers many different things a food court has food that you can try from many different countries the vendors in the food court do a great job of showing off their particular food mine happens to be Chinese and some Korean you can still get great pieces pasta steak for heaters and one of my favorite smoothie .

Its a beautiful middle-class mall. They have an indoor section and an outdoor section. Sometimes athletes visit the mall for autographs or pictures but for a fee. Its very family friendly, very clean and upkept. Its a really nice mall to visit, you will be amazed at all of the various stores they have there. Theres nothing more to say other than I personally recommend visiting it because its very nice and a great place to relax at.

Big improvements over what this used to be. Baybrook has made an effort to update their location from the old 80s feel they used to have to look a little more modern. They have a beautiful green space and have really worked to expand their outdoor/deck area for restaurants. The movie theatre and Dave n Busters may fly under some peoples radar but I think this place will become a big draw in the summer.

Great indoor & outdoor shopping. Love the new bars, restaurants, & green space with plenty of outdoor seating. The parking lot is a bit challenging with the new expansion having opened. Wish they would add more covered parking like they have near Dillard’s. The one thing I wish they would do away with are the “middle of the mall” people at the kiosks every 500 ft who pester you when you walk by.

You can find close to whatever you need here. Tons of stores beyond the typical mall department stores. The new outdoor expansion is well maintained, fun for children to run around and play in, and includes seating for adults and families. Here you can find Star Cinema Grill, a candy store, and furniture and art stores. Across the street is The Container Store, REI, and even a barber shop.

the mall is very well kept and has LOTS to offer. especially with the new outdoor expansion. typical mall shopping but then go to the outdoor part and you have restaurants, entertainment venues, dine-in movie theater and high end stores. if you havent experienced the new outside addition I highly recommend. you can have a full day to night "date night" without leaving the same place
