For whatever reason this mall is always like a sauna inside! When you go here to have a Starbucks just a couple of sips and watch the sweat start to pour out! Go here in the winter, when you dress for the weather, walk in here and start stripping before you sweat thru everything! God forbid you step inside Target youll damn near pass out from heat exhaustion! Also, whenever a holiday rolls around Riverhills thinks they have to mess with the flow of traffic at the entrances. STOP, all Riverhills does is cause one BIG CLUSTER @#$%! People actually can figure out how to drive into Riverhills on holidays just as they do the rest of the year!

I love the River Hills Mall! For 4 YEARS I have been going there for every reason under the sun. The first few years it was to walk the mall in the morning before stores open (thank you thank you for having it open early) and then play at the play place then grab some coffee and do some light shopping. The cleaning staff are a group of genuine, kind people and the security guards are as well. The stores meet just about every need and the movie theater is always in good condition. I love this Mall so very much and I dont think Mankato would be as great as it is without it :)

River Hills Mall where the fun never ends. Good times fasion and fun! If you are a long-time Mankatoin you easily recognise that little ditty. The mall has been updated in the last few years but many of the store remain the same. Wether you need lunch or something odd from Spensers the River Hills Mall is always a good choice!

Mall management has well-earned reputation for ruthlessness and does not care who they inconvenience, including customers, retailers, and city transit. They literally push around the little stores, regardless of their wishes, to make space for bigger ones, even if it drives the little ones out of business.

Its a great place to see an example of the up and coming sociological and fortunate demise of the declining malls of America. With the eventual closure of RiverHills, a new focus can be put back onto rehabilitating downtown Mankato--both in its economic health and physical appearance.

Pretty standard mall with occasional surprises of store closures, new ones, or moves. You can easily spend an afternoon of shopping there. The movie theatre is also upgraded with comfy, reclining seats. Dont come broke, though.

Still the same old mall, nothing overly special. Lots of the same stores, some new ones but they usually dont hang around very long. I dont like going there very often, its usually when the wife needs something that I go.

Only giving it a 4 stars because we had to try to reach this through the a terrifying round-about that nearly killed us twice. Otherwise its clean, decent shops, great food court and, best choices near Northwest Iowa.

In the words of an 8 year old, which is why we were there, it was fun to look around. The mall needs more places to look for toys, other than Target. We went to the mall for a movie, great seating in this theater!!

Southern Minnesota regional shopping hub. Nothing impressive, but nothing disappointing. However, it does have the best first run movie theater in the Mankato area, as they have recently upgraded seating options.

Just want to thank Security Friday night 12/11/15. Battery died in our vehicle they did their best to get it started. When that didnt work they stayed with us until a tow company got it started. Thank you

Not many options in the food court..many stores out of business including an anchor location (sears). I do enjoy new dragon massage though ! Place is amazing. Scheels is awesome to for outdoor supplies .

This mall had been around for a long time. Its seen a lot of changes--and it would benefit the mall much more if they so had the gaming arcade. They have a carousel, which is always great for the kids.

A great place for shopping and killing time. Friendly staff, good selesction, and very cute food court. I recommend Villa pizza, especially when Johnny is working. A lively and delicious stop.

Very nice mall,especially around the holidays. Beautifully decorated and there is a great selection of stores. My husband and I travel alot and this is the nicest mall weve seen in awhile!

Place has really dropped off. Almost just as many vacant spaces as filled. Place needs a little updating, but it has nice stores that are there and food court is still pretty decent.

Nice mall, with good selection of stores. Good prices, clean food courts and stores. Mostly chain stores rather than local tenants, but keeps a good effort at keeping popular stores.

This mall is great! I like the variety of stores, they change quite a bit which can be good and bad, food court has quite the variety and the mall is very clean and always has parking

Great place to find what you need for a smaller mall. Does need more variety of food in the food court and should cater a little more to bigger sized men at Sears and JC pennys.

It was easy to get to. I found the stores i wanted to shop in for clothes and household items, There is plenty of variety of foods in the food court .

Seems like about 30% of the stores are out of business at any given time., Food court does not have very good options. Target and Scheels keep it open

Variety of shopping, this mall will have anything you need. Food court is getting a new food option soon as well as an H&M clothing store.

They over price haircuts and they never give u the type of cut you want they always mess up cant wait till a new barber shop come to town

I visit only a few stores in this mall. Bath & body & Goldmans jewelry. Wouldnt it be great if every store had its own entrance?
