There were atleasst 2 more staff who were standing on the floor but only one lane was open after half an hour we reached the front her attitude was aweful not only with us with each customer she was like it is customers problem that she left alone then when I wanted to pay with my food stamps she changed her attitude from aweful to the worst "your card has no balance" I said why she said "your buying to much food that you cannot afford" I said well take some food off but she didnt know how to do it. She left to get help for another 10 minutes or so then she came back and said you still owe me few dollars I said why dont u take more stuff off she began whispering something to herself till I get the exact balance after I payed she didnt say bye thank you or anything I guess she had serious problem and needs therapy

Switched from years of Kroger. I just cant afford the prices anymore. Im saving literally 40-50 dollars EVERY time I go to Aldi. Surprisingly good variety and brand choice. Even off brand is better quality than a lot of "name" brands Ive come across. My one complaint is the staff is not very friendly. Ive been here 4 times and Ive NEVER once gotten a "hi, how are you today" be it walking an aisle or in the line. Ive dealt with a few of the cashiers and they are NOT friendly at all. They scan your items and dont say one word. I once walked away with a cart and the lady snapped that I need to bring it back so she can reuse it. Im in management so maybe I have a higher standard than this. Kroger may be more expensive but Aldi could take a lesson in customer service from them.

So much variety at great prices. Food quality is decent too. Produce prices are great. Gluten free options are wonderful too. Most are comparable to brand name, more expensive foods at other stores. Almond butter and gluten free snack bars are our favorite things to buy.The staff is friendly but minimal, perhaps to keep costs down. They now accept credit cards too, which is great.

Low prices, always...no gimmicks. Simple quality groceries. Butter, coffee creamer, cheese, eggs, pizza....to name a few items. I agree with another reviewer about them keeping stock on the floor. Had to ask for english muffins be brought out from the back. Today, no onion rolls, no parmesan cheese, no Flirty Bird Sryah wine. Empty spaces on shelf.

Been an Aldi customer for years, and never been disappointed. Only place I know of with quality European products at bargain prices I can enjoy on my modest income, and never have to dodge an abandoned shopping cart in the parking lot. Common sense service and uncommon "finds" that dont break my budget.

Nasty, unorganized and smells like dirty rotten produce even though there isnt much of that around. Isles are stacked haphazardly, no real sense of organization to the items, a big bag of flour or something spread all over the floor... Not at all a place I would go to or recommend!

Nice the first time 2 weeks ago. A lady with highlights helped me and guided me. Today, a Hispanic lady, not even a good morning, nor a thank you, she tossed, not put our groceries on the cart but tossed. You would think that at $11.50 an hour, you would get treated a bit better.

Can never go wrong with Aldi. They are cheap, but do not taste cheap. Baby food is organic and has saved me and my wife around $60 a month. They are missing a lot of items that the Aldi in West McKinney has.

Aldi is an unusual gem of a grocery store. Very affordable. Brands are different but most all are excellent. Just spent 60 bucks that would have been 80-100 somewhere else
