Not happy with his hair cut. Nothing but a hack and chop job. Something my 2 year old grandson would have done. I could have given my grandson a dollar for his hack job however I had to pay Petsense $55. Ooh no. Thats not going to happen. Would have been redone yesterday but my husband picked him up and I didnt see him until I got off work. Will be taking him back for a redo today. Will see what happens. What I want is this cut fixed, if it even can be, and my money back. Will be commenting after my experience. Stay tuned. Mama Sheila not happy

First let me say Kate, is wonderful this is my second time at this location. However after this experience, I was taken aback my bill was 82.59 and after additional services had to be render total time was 3 hours the third rep. Ran after my daughter to see if we had paid for services. This really pissed me off simply because I just paid a bill for almost 85.00.

I took three of my dogs to get groomed. I found out they clipper burned one of my dogs in several places. I spent most of the night awake because they clipper burned his balls. I am so disappointed.

Far more personal service and more reasonably priced than larger chains, we prefer bringing our two small dogs here for grooming and nails. The stores got everything a small pet owner needs.
