Want to rate no stars. Similar horrible experience with the groomer, wish I had seen the previous reviewers post. Sadly my rescue dog who needs more tlc was fired by the groomer today, I was told not to bring him back. I have had him there before and wasnt told there was a problem but somehow after full groom today she felt him a threat and wrote me a huge letter. I felt like I was kicked in the gut. If the groomer cant handle dogs and sends them all away she needs to find a different occupation. I dont see how they can stay in business if they send everyone away and say they will not be accepting them anymore. I was disappointed to see my dog needed to urinate badly once I walked him outside and his urine was dark yellow. The bather told me he did great just didnt like the dryer and had to be air dried. I just dont understand being told you can never come back without a plan to work with a higher needs behavior dog, specifically a rescue pup with a history of abuse. Very disappointed and would not recommend this business to anyone.

The prices are very competitive with other stores, depending on what you are looking for. They are less expensive than Tomlinsons, of course everything is. I found a prescription cat food there for less than Pet Smart. The Affordable Pet Clinic (every Sat. 10-2) is fantastic. The annual shots were just $37 for a cat. My local vet wanted $120. Honestly, we have 3 pets and needed a break on vet care and food cost. We liked their vet and the helpfulness of the people who work there. They really are worth the trip to see if they have what you need, plus their store is fun to explore.

Horrible groomer. While Petsense may be a good organization in general, the groomer we got was horrible. Dog came back with a lot of skin scrapes and nicks and lost a toenail being put in and out of the holding grates in the back. He was a little traumatized from his haircut, we got a warning that he would be classified as a hard to handle pet with an additional fee next time. So she basically told us not to come back, which we wont. Everyone else who has groomed him fell in love with him.

While this place has decent food offerings, the prices are astronomical. Youd be better off heading down the street to Tomlinsons. Only come here if you feel like adopting a cat, but remember its cash only for that service. Also, if you want to tip the groomer, you cant do so on your credit card... because this place sucks that much.

This pet store was okay. The products are a tad expensive, and their inventory was just a little limited. Though I understand why their prices are slightly high, it just didnt fit the price I had in mind for a travel dog carrier. Apart from the prices and inventory, the staff were friendly and helpful.
