Customer service has never been great. For example, once I was called and told I was late to my appointment - but the voicemail they left confirming my appointment proved I was not late. When I arrived I was treated rudely for their booking mistake and told I may not get my dog fully groomed. I go every 2-3 months and my dog gets groomed and treats or toys. Recently I asked when scheduling an appointment for ear hair to be plucked and teeth to be brushed. When I picked up my dog and asked if he handled it okay - I was informed they didnt do it, so they took my dog back and within a minute he was back out. While they are fast Im doubting if the service was done or done correctly. When I got home I noticed two large sore / cuts on my dogs stomach that they didnt mention to me. There is no doubt in my mind they knew they cut him but failed to mention it to me. (Photos available) I wont be returning after they rush thru the service and respond with rude customer service.

I took my 14 1/2 year old Brittany Spaniel to Woof Gang for a spring shave. He is old and gets very nervous when he goes to grooming. I have never used Woof Gang before and they were great! When I called, I explained his situation and Cathy listened and made a great suggestion that he come in first thing in the morning. She insured me that they would take good care of him. When I picked him up he was sound asleep which is a good sign, he wasnt stressed. I would highly recommend them and I will continue to spread the word. Thank you!

The new owners didnt honor their commitment to order the cat food they said they would order making up excuses. First, it would be in in one week and then theysaid two weeks because they could not meet the minimum order amount of $500. They did me a great favor because Tomlinsons just down the road not only had the same product in stock, but at a cheaper price and with honest and friendly service. I will not be shopping at Woof Gang Bakery Westlake again and will tell my story to my neighbors.

I actually followed Courtney here from a different location, as my dogs *adore* her, and couldnt get used to another groomer. Ive been using these guys for 4 years now, and I love this place so much-- theyve always gone above and beyond. The single time I had a problem with my grooming, they spoke to me in depth and with real concern about my issues, and then they made it right. Highly recommend.

They used to have a very nice woman there who was very attentive helping people and their pets. Then they brought in a man who was very rude and not nice at all. I told my wife not to take our dog there again but she insisted. She took him in for a cut and after she picked him up he was acting very strange. She told me, I believe they beat our dog.

From what weve been able to find in Austin, Woof Gang Bakery has the fastest service, lowest cost, and most consistent quality. We truly appreciate how well our dog is treated for the hour that shes there for full grooming.

This is such a sweet store. I dont even own a pet but we go very often... I have two young children who like to go in to see the owners dog and they have only been kind to us with this funny request.
