Night Kitten

Too expensive compared to other pet stores, practically NO aquarium stuff... I bought a beautiful half moon beta on 11/09/16 and it died 11/11/16, they wouldnt give me a refund or replace the beta... I have been to just about every place that sells any kind of fish with in 40 miles of cleburne (maybe further) and every place will give a refund or replace the fish as long as its within a certain amount of time, you bring the body and a water sample with the receipt... Petsence is the 1st place I have ever came across that doesnt refund or replace the fish, even online fish ordering places will give a refund or replace the fish... Plus Patricia is rude and I had to go hunt her down when I was ready to check out to buy the fish as well. Im never going back.

Went into the store with my family & was given very condescending looks the entire time by the two employees working the front end. When my family walked out & it was just me & my two boys left, the two girls working there began harrassing me & my boys with insults & belittling us. As we were walking out, one of them told us to get out and called the police for NO REASON. There was no vulgar language, no physical threats/altercations given from me. But they did make my oldest son cry. I have never been so disrespected in a public place. The store itself is great, Ive been a regular customer there. But the two employees that were there, not great at all.

Love this store, everyone is so nice. For me one of the benefits is that I do not have to drive to Burleson to find the best pet food selection. Did you know they have a groomers? Really nice ladies, do a wonderful job and the work on the week end also. I would recommend this store to anyone.!

Awesome staff. Such a clean store. The girls helped me so much. Only problem, bigger girl named Kristen would not bend over to help me pick up my purchase. She didnt greet me coming in the door and didnt do much but stroll around. Other than that the other young girl was very helpful.

Great service, saleswoman was quick to explain what food would be best for my new pet (gecko)-she asked what I knew and she shared a few experiences of her.Top notch store-very clean, no strange stains on the walls! If this store was a person itd be ChuckNorris...it beats the rest!

Got our daughters dog back from is groomer and she reeked of cigarettes. Those women are trashy and smell horrible. The dog looked choppy and was transfixed. Do not recommend

I like all the stuff they have for your animals. The cute little cookie,cupcakes and the dog bones. You can get get 40 lbs of dog food for 15.95.

The VIP Pet Care that is at Petsense on Sundays is very condescending and rude. Ive never had any trouble with the Petsence itself though.

For Cleburne its fine. Most of the food they sell has a lot of sugar. Very small place. Staff is great.
