I give three stars because you find most anything you need, but the staff, except for one greeting lady, all seem to hate their job cause they are extremely unfriendly and seem bored and dont really know much of anything either. Anytime I go to a certain dept., especially photo, theres usually no one there and they take forever to get there when theyre called. Whenever I call on the phone, same thing, Im left on hold indefinitely cause no one is in there dept. or theyre just not answering their phone. Ive been in customer service before for a long time, even if youre busy you still answer and ask them to please hold. If we had a HEB Plus I would take all of my shopping needs there because the people there dont make me feel like Im bothering them, but unfortunately we dont so I HAVE to go to Walmart for certain things. Again Ive been in customer service and I dont like it when Im friendlier than the person waiting on me. I understand that sometimes people have a bad day and it reflects in their attitude, but somethings wrong when everyone seems in a bad mood every time I go, which is pretty often, again cause I have no choice. It all boils down to management. The places Ive worked before didnt allow for such behavior. They insisted every morning, at every meeting we would have, to give great customer service with a smile. Oh well, hopefully well get a HEB Plus eventually, or a Target or something. UPDATE: I have noticed an improvement in the attitude of the employees lately and upon getting to know some of them better I have experienced much better customer service! Especially in the photo dept. I can usually get in and out quickly without any problems. Because of this I am now giving it 4 stars instead of 3

I enjoy going to this Walmart vs the one in Brooke City Base. Today was a prime to the quality of service provided at this particular location. My husband prefers to do the self-checkout (while Ive given up on the method because of the frustration it provides at times). There was a gentleman by the name of Charles who eased the process and definitely contained the situation. He was attentive and highly responsive when the scanner kept not reading the scale. I just want to give Charles kudos for keeping me cool-calm and collective and helping us leave with a smile.

Very very hard-working and helpful employees lots of sales on one thing they dont do as much clothing sales as they used to. They need to get more indoor plants like they used to have. But this is a very good store wish they would have tables to sit down in the deli area since they do have hot food for sale which is very good but nowhere to sit.

well right off the bat....so many handicapped parking spots means Im winded before I even get my cart.. hope it doesnt have a wobbly wheel because its a long long way to get the milk ,eggs or even the koolaid.. once you get em you can start the long hike back

Visited the Excellent Eye care Dr. Graciela Sable, she very nice and thorough. Her receptionist was helpful and polite. Then I went to eye center to order some glasses and customer service was very good, helpful,polite, and we even had a couple of laughs.

This store claims to be a super walmart but dosent have the things a super walmart should have. The staff are not helpful and dont know where anything is. Youre better off wandering around untill you find what youre looking for (if they even have it)

Not bad. Much cleaner than I thought it would be very difficult to find an employee to ask questions. Shelves need to be better organized. Wrong items on shelves with different prices and its totally deceiving if you dont pay attention

This Wal-Mart is so so. It doesnt have much of a selection. We were all so excited when the new, bigger Wal-Mart was coming to town! Well, much to our dismay, it was basically the same old boring store, just on a bigger scale.... :(

I try to go when pedestrian traffic is light, and it was perfect but I tried to check out at the garden counter and it took a while because cashier was not not familiar with coin can valcher, they know now... On the job training.

I question Walmarts "Supercenter" terminology, but this is a well-stocked small-town outlet with friendly staff and a welcoming feel. Special attention is the Pharmacy and bakery.
