Now over month in same problems exist! Manager says Corporate wont let him correct mistakes! Jan 26, 2016 - CIBOLO, Texas -- A new Walmart is the first of its kind in Texas, and its expected to make it easier for shoppers to find what theyre looking for. BULLSHIT! After two weeks, Mistakes everywhere and whats up with this ,"Interactive" stuff! In Electronics, the knowledge of the people is below subpar! I asked for the 128gig WYFY 4G iPad Pro that the display paper said was available and on, not available, not in stock! Just one 32 Gig Non 4G machine! And npc display at all of iPad Pros! If some one is going to pay that much, there should be a display, that works, so customers can see the NEW PRODUCT and have hands on! Then went to the Blu Rays which are not displayed like any other Walmart, New Releases on an end cap! You know the NEW RELEASES that come every Tuesday! No, this store has an entire isle labeled New Releases and 80% are not!!!!!!!!!!!!! It also says A -Z....NO they are not in any way shape or form in alphabetical order! When I asked a couple of associates that were walking around pointing at things and tried not to look at us, the one the the white shirt pointe to the isle and said, That this is the new releases and the movies he pointed at were at least released two months ago, and when I asked for a particular movie, just released and advertised in your weekly flyer, he said he would ask and they walked away and never cam back! Tried to buy fresh Garlic Bread, they cany seem to get it and they have a Deli???????? This store hid the Deli, Found it and I purchased Chicken wings, would have purchased a small bowel of Fried Okra that was listed but not there, and my daughter had mashed potatoes and Popcorn chicken. NON OF IT WAS WARM!!!!!!!!!!!! And of course the same 8 pieces of Fried DRY, TOUGH, Chicken that was precooked, flash frozen, shipped and refried again and is the worst fried chicken of any stop win the USA! In every Walmart! The self Checkout had but a single plastic bag rack at each machine where other Walmarts have two and is much easier they are pointed towards the customer! Its like this store was intentionally set up by a college grad who has never shopped! Once again, the name Walmart is not synonymous with "Quality, Service, or Intelligence and is portrayed as so on the new TV comedy, "Supper Store"

Horrible store manager Robert would get zero stars if I could give zero. My daughters birthday is. Dec. 1st. My husband had to start his new job in GA on Nov. 26th. So, to surprise her, we went to black Friday to get a TV as an early birthday present for her bedroom. We had NEVER been to a black friday before. The TVs were camouflaged in a large umarked cardboard box so she was clueless. While my husband was retrieving his wristband, my daughter saw a HUGE teddy bear & fell in love with it. It was also in a giant cardboard box that had been opened. I placed it into my cart, and the lady employee who was disbursing wristbands told us one not needed for bear, but I could not check out with bear before 6 pm. We agreed and proceeded to electronics to get her a DVD player. We never made it. When walking by store manager Robert, he stoped us, physically removed her bear from my cart, gave it to different employee who walked off with it. This is the point where my 9 yr old daughter started crying. I asked my daughter to plug her ears, turn around & hum. I explained how we got it and would check out with TV & bear together as agreed on. I then asked my daughter to rejoin the conversation. Robert reprimanded me & stated Loudly " YOU have to wait in line for your tv and bear!!!" Now he had revealed her surprise AND made her CRY!! He refused to listen to the fact his employee had approved our actions even when she herself told him so. To conclude, all we can assume is that, regardless of the thousands of $$ we have spent there since it opened, or the cleanliness of the store, or how helpful the employees are, the store manager leafs by example and before long this one will be exactly like the universal city or schertz one, filled with people who could care less about the customer and only focus on inventory and checkout. *****************BEWARE*************** HORRIBLE STORE MANAGER ROBERT !!

I wasnt a Walmart Fan until they built the one in Cibolo, Texas. Robert is the store manager that was on duty when we went to the store. My husband had lost his wallet yesterday but he didnt miss it until this morning and he was sure the last time he had it was in the store. So we went back to customer service/lost & found. As we were waiting our turn in line, Robert came and asked if he could be of assistance. We explained what had happened and the time it occurred. He excused himself and said give him about 15 minutes. We looked around for a few minutes and then went back to see Robert. He told us exactly what happened with my husbands wallet. Which my husband agreed totally with him. My point is that Robert couldve just checked with Lost & Found and told us the wallet was not there. But he wanted to know for himself what happened at the time of checkout especially since my husband was positive the last place he had his wallet was at Walmart. I think this is GREAT customer service!! Hats Off to you Robert and the employees at Cibolo Walmart Super Store. Im now a fan!

First Impressions! The confusion and lack of news and opening date is worrisome! This Walmart is not open! No news, no one answers the phone! First impressions are lending to a routine Walmart, mismanaged, low wages and does not help Cibolo with Jobs, it keeps the workers from Cibolo in Poverty! High Tech Store my ass! Finally opened, Same Walmart as the one only 2 miles away???? Pharmacy could not sell Sudafed , computer didnt work. No iPad Pro on display, Interactive???? Fail. Only one in stock, wrong one! Several items not available in food section! SAME WORST FRIED CHICKEN ON EARTH being sold in Deli! This company is incapable of learning! In less than a year they will fire associates and be as under staffed as every Walmart and only hire part time employee perpetuating poverty in the area! All they ave done is increase traffic next to an Elementary School in a town with horrible roads! FAIL!

Very disappointed in the customer service at the tire center. The department manager on duty was to lazy to come out and help the guy or teach him how to give me my core charge back at his register so he made me carry the battery all the way to the front of the store to get my refund. When arriving at the customer service desk the lady politely told me oh no All Battery returns are done at the tire center. I said I know I just bought a new battery for my other truck last week and I did return at the tire center but apparently in this manager has no time to do his job. I couldnt even find a basket to bring it up to the front of the store. She said Im sorry and she went ahead and gave me my refund for my core charge thankfully. This was on 3/14/16 at 12pm maybe you all can have a one on one with this department manager and teach him what customer service is.
