While Target stocks most items that one might need at any given time, this particular Target is the messiest store in town. Compared to other stores that are in SW Austin, this store is unorganized and understaffed. Items are strewn about, shelves are empty, and there is always a long line at checkout as there are never enough cashiers. Considering 78738 is a power zip code, I would think that this would be an above-average store in terms of appearance and service, but unfortunately it falls well below average. Store management could benefit from this advice: get your people out of the back and in the aisles. If there is a mess, tidy it up, return items to their place, greet customers around the store, ask if they need help and have enough cashiers available up front for a speedier checkout. Im sure same-store sales would drastically increase if the store experience was improved with just a few tweaks. Until then, it will always look like an episode of Super Market Sweep was just filmed there.

Overall, I usually find what Im looking for; however, this is not true for anything maternity related. Its almost like a tornado has swept through. The maternity & nursing bra sections seem to be the places where everything gets dumped. This is so frustrating. The last thing I want to do as a pregnant woman is dig through items to potentially find what actually belongs there let alone the right size. These sections need a major overhaul. I think even the clearance section is more organized.

This target location is very clean and well put together. I especially like how this target seems to have many more clearance end caps than others. My only gripe is there seems to be a shortage of family size shopping carts for kids to sit in. Also, the mens bathrooms are a bit on the dirtier side.

I love target, it is always so clean and nice. It has good prices, good selection, and great clothes. I prefer going here over other stops because it does not get as packed and crazy. The only compliant I have about this location is sometimes they do not have enough checkouts open.

Travis in electronics was super! I always come to this Target and every time I do Travis is there to greet me with a smile. He is always very helpful and friendly with me when I come in to this Target. I feel very confident shoping at this target and hope to see Travis again.

I was in town for a quick visit and found an outfit for under $30 here. This target had way more options and availability than the one in central Houston. Was very pleased. They dont sell alcohol due to proximity to school district and local ordinance.

I love target. Cant live without it. This location usually isnt terribly crowded, which is nice. But, its small and sometimes doesnt have certain things. And, Ive had some weird encounters with the customer service desk there, returning items and such.

a well organized, friendly, smaller store with everything you need and decent apparel/home selection. stock doesnt seem to change as often as other locations- but i probably only notice that because we spend way too much time at target.

Target beats Walmart every day of the week. The shopping experience is better, there are more associates and they are friendlier, and their prices are just as good. As for this location, I only wish it were a super target.

Well it lacks the sales of other targets on items. If you see a special in an ad on Slickdeals or a newspaper, it is already sold out here. Stocking items seems to be an issue.

Call me gehto but I would gladly trade this target for a walmart in lakeway. They are always small, limited selection of inventory. I super target would be nice as well.

Staff is very friendly and if you talk to them they can usually give you a discount on large purchases. Store is always clean and usually well stocked.
